屋根付きの椅子があり，奥久慈縦走の際の休憩スポットとして便利です。
山頂付近は，第一展望台にもなっており，奥久慈の山々が眺められます。ただし，景色は，南にある第二展望台の方が良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新月居トンネル生瀬側又は旧月居トンネル生瀬側の空きスペースに駐車すると便利。なべころびでもなく、なべころがしでもなく、なべころばし山が正式名らしい。切り立った岩場の上にある第１ピーク、第２ピークとも眺めが良く日光や那須の山々が望めます。月居山から男体山への縦断ルートの途中ですが、ここを目標に歩いても楽しいです。
