My favorite shop. Sophisticated sushi and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere. It is also a favorite restaurant in the Sushi Sho series. They asked me how I was hungry, and I was happy with the desserts that I could add after finishing the process. This is recommended for sushi in Ebisu

すし匠系列でトップクラスかと。つまみと握りが交互で出たり、肩肘張らない暖かい雰囲気は、中澤親方のスタイルを継承しており、すし匠ファンとしては居心地が良いお店です。お酒も大将こだわりのラインナップで飽きません。中澤親方の愛弟子と聞いていましたが、納得の美味さ。。良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。

I go every month. Master Nakazawa of "Sushi Sho" who left for Yotsuya → Honolulu and the new world. When I asked Mr. Nakazawa directly at Honolulu Sushi Takumi, "Please introduce your disciple's shop," "Takumi Sushi Owana" was the first to come up with a name. I wonder if that trust will be good.

急にお寿司が食べたくなり午後からTraining Boxxの予約も入っていたので今回は恵比寿の匠 鮨おわなさんに訪問。 恵比寿の駅からかなり急な坂を登っていく必要があるものの3分くらいでいけて駅から近い。店主・小穴健司さんは、四谷の名店「すし匠(しょう)」にて10年以上の修行を重ね、2017年にオープンしたお店。以前水曜日のコスパ良いランチで訪問したことがあったもののあまり印象がなくてそれ以降行く機会がなかったけれどやはりミシュラン一つ星なのでおまかせで食べたら違うかもと思い行ってみたが大正解で今回は大満足。 全体的にバランス良く美味しかったが、特に印象に残ったのは、すし匠直伝のあん肝と西瓜の奈良漬の海苔巻き、ソフトクリームのような見た目のウニのクリーム、締め感がたまらないコハダ、薄めに切ってミルフィーユ状に重ねて舌に乗せるととろける大トロあたり。握りと一品が交互にでてくる全体的にバランスの取れたお鮨。このレベルのお店で比較的予約が取りやすいのはありがたい。また個室があるのもおすすめのポイント。ごちそうさまでした。次回を楽しみにしています。 #鮨おわな #鮨おわな匠 #おわな鮨 #恵比寿鮨 #恵比寿寿司 #恵比寿グルメ #恵比寿ランチ #鮨好きな人と繋がりたい #グルメ好きな人と繋がりたい
Suddenly I wanted to eat sushi and I had a reservation for Training Box x from the afternoon, so this time I visited Takumi Sushi Owana from Ebisu. It takes about 3 minutes to climb a fairly steep slope from Ebisu station, but it is close to the station. The owner, Kenji Koana, opened in 2017 after more than 10 years of training at the famous restaurant "Sushi Sho" in Yotsuya. I had visited for a good lunch on Wednesday before, but I didn't have much impression and I didn't have a chance to go after that, but it's still one Michelin star, so I thought it might be different if I left it to myself, but this time it was a great answer. Very satisfied. Overall, it was well-balanced and delicious, but the ones that impressed me especially were the sushi-takumi ankimo and the narazuke seaweed rolls of the watermelon, the seaweed cream that looked like soft serve ice cream, the irresistible kohada, and the thinning. It melts when you cut it into pieces, stack it in a mille-feuille shape, and put it on your tongue. An overall well-balanced sushi with alternating sushi and one dish. I am grateful that it is relatively easy to make reservations at this level of shop. It is also recommended that there is a private room. Thank you for the meal. Had a wonderful time here. We were in a private room, not at the sushi bar. This is a traditional style sushi restaurant. The fish was all cut perfectly. No chewy or bad pieces. Individual soy sauce is not allowed. The chef added whatever sauce is necessary on each piece. It was a terrific experience and plenty of food. Everything tasted light and fresh, no heavy courses. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients.
