★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing find hidden up the hill behind Ebisu Station. Creative and modern chinese cuisine, in small portions to be shared like Tapas, not too spicy, not too oily, perfect to enjoy with wine ! Too bad the wine menu is really short, this restaurant would benefit from having a real sommelier. 6000 JPY was a great deal considering the variety of the dishes and the quantity. I will definitely come back here again soon to try the other menus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very elegant interior and nice place for a lunch date with the lunch course they offer. For dinner, it’s probably better to go out as a group. CINA is more of a modern fusion Chinese dining than your traditional Chinese restaurant. The tan tan noodle was very good especially considering the price around US$13. The sweet and sour was good, too. I’ll definitely be going back again to try out their whole lunch menu. You won’t find this quality at this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought that it’s a casual dining place but turned out that it’s kind of upscale. I like modern decoration of this Chinese restaurant; it doesn’t look like any other Chinese restaurants in Tokyo.
My favorite dish is the spicy wagyu, the beef was so tender and it literally melted in my mouth when I tried biting them. The leftover gravy was mixed with the rice & raw egg, all the essence was in the rice and not wasted even a bit. I’d recommend anyone to drop by if you ever go to Ebisu.
Anyway, reservation in advance is recommended and the staff do speak English!
