う	うえまさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんが言うように、前から受付の態度が悪く気分悪いと思ってました。先生はしっかりしてるのに残念すぎる。どの受付の女性も同じ。まず人の話はきちんと聞いてほしいです。聞かれたことを答えても、答えたばかりなのに「あ、すみません、なんでしたっけ、もう一度お願いします」とか、こっちが「この病院大丈夫か？」と心配になるレベル。だらけすぎでは。書き間違いとか、やめてほしいです。「すみません、ここ‥」って指摘したら、「あ、すみません」てまた書き間違える。目も合わさず、笑顔も皆無で睨みつけるのもどうかと思う。ゲラゲラ笑えって言ってるんじゃないです。ニッコリのニの字も無い。私生活のイライラが全面に出ちゃってる感じ。受付で並んでて、書き忘れの箇所があり、「すみません、ペンを貸して下さい」とお願いすると、「順番でお呼びしますので」って、ペンをさっと渡すだけのことなのに融通も利かない。マザーテレサの本でも読んだら？ As you say, I've always thought that the receptionist had a bad attitude and felt sick. や	やし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体調の不安があり自主的にPCRを事前予約して行きました。 ●通常の待合室とは別の場所に行ったが、いくら電話しても出てもらえず、受付に声を遠くからかけたら【入ってこないでください】と言われる。 ●同じ時間に予約した人達が全員同じ部屋で40分以上待たされてからまとめて検査された。 ●具合が悪くて検査に来ているのに、十把一絡に一部屋にカーペット直で敷かれた布団（消毒してるのか不明）/車椅子が形状、置いてある。出入口換気の為開けっぱなし（2月の寒い時期）＋換気扇と扇風機をガンガンに回しており、40分以上待たされる。 ●防護服を着た医師は、うつるのが嫌という態度あからさまに距離をとられ腫れ物に触るような対応 ●検査後にすで、具合悪い＋に冷え切ってしまい体調を悪くしそうな環境の中、会計でさらに40分以上待たされ、そこでも同じ時間に検査した人達一斉に会計。 ●いまどき、天井に蜘蛛の巣がある病院を見ました。流石に、コロナワクチン対応やPCR検査受け付けるよりも消毒。。いや。。。掃除されてない所と感じました。医療が頻繁している中とはいえ、コロナという不安な気持ちと体調を崩しての中、はじめて検査に行って、こんなにも嫌な気持ちと辛い思いをする病院はいかがなものかと感じました。星1つもつけれるものではないですが。。 I was worried about my physical condition and voluntarily made a reservation for PCR in advance. ● I went to a place different from the usual waiting room, but no matter how much I called, I couldn't answer, and when I called the receptionist from a distance, I was told [Please do not come in]. ● All the people who booked at the same time were waited for 40 minutes or more in the same room and then inspected together. ● I'm sick and I'm coming to the inspection, but there is a futon (I don't know if it's disinfected) / wheelchair in one room, which is laid directly on the carpet. M	MIKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まずはコロナ禍発熱外来をやっていただける医療機関であるのには本当に感謝だと思います。ありがたいはありがたいですが… 東京都発熱相談センターに紹介され、電話したところ事前に2時間待たされること案内され承知したがいかんせん待合室が寒すぎる。ドアと窓を開け換気しているのはわかるが、熱があり具合がわるい患者が待つにはあまりにも酷な環境です。足先が冷え切って軽症でも普通に体調が悪くなります。簡単な問診検査のための唾液を採取するまで1時間待ち、さらにお会計と薬をもらうのに1時間待ちます。ある程度元気じゃない場合はおすすめはしないです。 First of all, I am really grateful that it is a medical institution that can handle corona fever outpatients.
