★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣の内科で1番信頼しています。先生は親身になって話を聞いてくれますし、質問にもちゃんと分かりやすく答えてくれます。発熱外来が無いため電話をすると、看護師さんが発熱外来のある病院を何件もあげてくださり、本当に助かりました。

胃カメラでピロリ菌の検査をしていただきました。先生も看護師さんも優しく、初めての胃カメラでしたがスムーズに終わりました。
先生と看護師さんが何度も励ましてくれ、胃の状態も丁寧に説明してくれました。

摂取できる数を増やすためで仕方ないと思いますが摂取ブース外の通路にある机に案内されたこと、会計を忘れられてこちらが指摘するまで気がつかずしばらく待たされたことが重なり不快な思いをしましたので書かせていただきます。
もちろん、院内も清潔で受付の方の対応も気持ちの良いものですが、このようなことがあるとよく利用している人を優遇してほとんどインフルエンザワクチンでしか利用しない人はおざなりなのではないかなどと考えてしまいます。
それぞれに院内があまり大きくないため少しでも摂取できるブースを増やそうとしている努力、会計もたまたまのヒューマンエラーなどと理由はあるのだと思いますので仕方のないことではありますがインフルエンザワクチンの摂取ピークのタイミングで忙しいことにかまけてミスを繰り返さないようにしていただきたいです。

発熱があったため、ベットがある個室に案内されて受付と診断をそこで全てさせてもらいました。
座ってるのも辛かったため、ベットに横になっていましたが、そのままで大丈夫ですよ、と優しい言葉をかけてくださって、安心して受診することができました。下痢、吐き気、発熱に効く薬をたくさん出していただき、その説明を詳しくして下さったので本当に親切でいい先生でした。
また何かあればここで受診したいです。ありがとうございます。
