★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の方がとても親切です。仕事柄、職場での拘束時間が長く、何かあったときすぐに病院に行けないのですが、顔に傷を作った際も耳痛の際も、閉店間際にも関わらず丁寧に漢方を紹介してくださいました。
商品も細かく説明してくれたり、オススメしてくれたりするので有難いです。
最近ポイントカードを作ってくださったのですが、上手に使えるよう声を掛けてくれるので、ポイントカード類では今唯一お財布に入ってます。営業上手で素敵だなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域密着型薬局。薬剤師さんが非常に親切で、まだこちらのお店を使い始めの頃、商品をレジまでもっていくと、「これはこうこうこういうものですが、症状は？」と優しく確認してくれた。症状を伝えると商品とともに的確なアドバイスを下さり、それ以来毎度相談し購入している。行く度に何かしらお話やおまけやらくれるため、健全な「薬局キャバクラ」と我々は呼んでいる。利用層は高齢者が多そうで、皆様と薬剤師さんが我々同様、頻繁に会話をされているのを見受けられる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 調剤薬局の閉店時間を過ぎていたのですが、ダメ元でお願いしたら、快く受け付けて下さいました。めまいと吐き気に苦しんでいたので、本当に助かりました。

お得意様？と話し込んで商品の棚を邪魔したりレジで待っていてもずっとおしゃべりをやめないのに、失礼しましたとかお待たせしましたとか言えません。
会計時、こちらがトレーにお金を入れても、お釣りをそのトレーでなくカウンターにそのまま置いて返すのはどうかと思います。それならレシートの上に乗せて渡された方がまだマシです。
