★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風疹の抗体検査、インフルエンザの予防注射などの問い合わせをしましたが電話での対応がクソでした。
こちらの状況を説明している途中でかぶせて話してきます。そのせいでこちらの状況を把握できておらずトンチンカンな返答をされるので「そうではなくて…」とまた説明をするも 何度もかぶせてくるのでイライラしました。
私自身が医療従事者だったこともあり、こちらの医院の社員教育などを考え、かかるのをやめ
ました。病院に限らずたと思いますが、電話の対応をきちっと出来ないところは ロクなことろじゃないと思います。

受付時に症状を説明すると、インフルエンザの疑いがあるからと、隔離され他の患者様にうつらないよう迅速に対応した受付の方には感心しました。
先生が少し老眼なのか検査薬の結果が見えにくそうにしていましたが、今後の対策など丁寧に説明してくださいました。
頼りになります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅近で朝早くから開いていて、出勤前に受診出来るのでよく利用させていただいてます。インフルでは出勤出来ないので疑わしい時は何回もお世話になりました。先生も受付の方も出勤前とわかってるのか親切にテキパキと手際よく対応してくれました。木曜休診の医院が多いので木曜に受診できるのもありがたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HPに当日電話予約可能とあり何度か電話しましたが通話中で繋がらず、そのまま診察時間が終わってしまってはいけないと診察時間内に店内に入ると、「受付終了しました」と追い帰されました、診察時間内なのになんの説明もなく。
診察時間内でも、何十分前に入らないといけないや、行っても診てもらえないなら、どこかわかりやすい所に記載して欲しい。ざっとHPを見た所特に見当たらない。
かなりしんどい中行ったのに気にも止めず診察時間内に追い返すので、フロントでは一人一人に特に目を向ける感じは無いこなすというタイプかと思いますが、あんまりでした。
非常に残念です。
この先に勿論行く事は無いのですが、不信感しか無いので、決して知人におススメは出来ないお店です。
※あくまで私の事例です。

こちらには医療の知識はないが自分の症状だから自分が一番分かってるのになせが先生に否定され勝手なカルテを書かれる。まともな人なら行かない方がいい病院でした
