でもそれだけじゃなくきちんと美味しい。他のケーキたちも基本のバニラのムースからケーキの飾りのフルーツにまで気が使われているのがよくわかります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高円寺にお店がある喫茶店の大久保店。場所柄か日本語を話さない「おばちゃん」世代の女性も多く、地元密着型の憩いの場、という感じ。
ケーキのショーウィンドウが目を引くが、食事もきちんと美味しく、一日10食限定のきのこのミートグラタンはかなり良かった。
値段も昨今の喫茶店ほど高くなく、ドリンクとセットにすると安め。
卵トーストサンドは卵が薄焼き卵でマヨネーズの塩梅がちょうど良かった。
4切れあり、想像以上のボリュー厶。
ピクルス付きなのも嬉しい。
写真はないがパンケーキにはメレンゲも付いていて、固めにしっかり焼かれていて好みだった。
カリカリ系パンケーキが好きな人は一度行ってみてほしい。
ケーキ含めて甘味は甘すぎることなく、総合して非常に良かった。
ザ・地元の人のための喫茶店という感じ。

ここのストロベリーショートは軽くて芳醇なクリームむとフワッフワスポンジで夢のようなおいしさ。
シンプルイズベストですが、そこで差異化ができるってやっぱ凄い事だと思う。

The strawberry shorts here are light and mellow cream and fluffy sponge, which is delicious like a dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パティスリーというよりも、店名にされている「洋菓子店」がしっくりくるお店。多くの生菓子はオーソドックスなものだが、コンクールで多くの上位入賞者を輩出していて、実はおしゃれ系パティスリーが作っているようなエッジの利いた珍しいケーキもある。季節替わりだったり、●●パティシェのコンクール優勝を記念して出品ケーキと同じものを期間限定で、などその時々しか並ばないスイーツもあるので行く前にHPを確認するとよいと思う。
定番品としてはチョコレート系のバタークリームケーキ(たしか店名と同じトリアノン)はじめショートケーキ、シュークリームなど、シンプルなので味の違いがよくわかるものが美味しい良い店。価格もリーズナブル。
クッキーの缶は絵画柄。大きさでデザインが違って、それぞれ美しいのでお使い物にも向く。トリアノン宮が描かれたものもある。
ホールケーキは基本的に要予約。メッセージも頼める。
イートインコーナーもあり、ケーキだけでなくサンドイッチや昔ながらのスパゲティなど軽食もいただける。10年くらいまで、パイケースにクリームシチューを入れたメニューがあってそれが好きでランチに行ってよく頼んでいたが、今はなくなってしまった。ぜひ復活してほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many Japanese are nostalgic for Showa-era cake shops like this one. The decor is vintage to the point of dilapidation. The recipes are restrained to the point of blandness; no decadent chocolate mud-cakes here. You may have guessed (correctly) that they insist on cash-only. While the bubbly staff make a decent coffee, this may not be enough to attract the modern traveler.
