★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg these people are so amazing. An australian (me) staggers into their clinic with a fever of 39, can hardly walk, in a world of pain. These amazing angels of nurses, it turned my day from hell, to heaven. Thank you thank you so much. Ill never forget you.

I was dying by the pain of tonsils and i had no fever, no taste and smell problems, didn't went abroad.my insurance was expired so even if i took pcr they would cost 30000 yen they said.other staffs were talking to me was face to face but the doctor was checking me by watching my face on video.the same thing happened 5 months before .Lol he literally saw my face and said i can't check u until pcr test done. They gave me prescription and charged 7000yenabove. They were kind but bad at service. 2 days after i went other clinic and explained everything and doctors laughed.it was obvious. I don't recommend foreigner here. Do not waste time and money in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doors for the afternoon shift open at 2.30. It was a Friday. I got there before 2.30, and there was a line to get in. Doors opened and there were about 4 attendants there to process everyone. It was my first time, so I filled in an English questionnaire on an I-pad. Very busy place. The waiting room was comfortable. I got in to see the dermatologist at 3.30. I used Japanese, but there was an assistant around who made sure everything was understood. The doctor was very good and professional. It took a while to get called up to pay, but again, it was very busy. There is a pharmacy next door to get your medicine. The instructions were in English. I recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind receptionist, nurse and doctor. You can tell that they really care about their patients. I spoke in Japanese, but the paperwork is available in English, which is helpful. Important to note, they do not take walk-ins. Reservations are mandatory ahead of time.
