★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物は試しにと行ってみた有名美容クリニック。カウンセリングのみの利用です。
待ち時間はほとんどありませんでした。先生の説明も普通です。高額メニューの押し売りもありません。
けして悪いクリニックではないのですが、今ひとつ決定打に欠けるので結局こちらでは手術を受けませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他院で取った黒子が再発したため、こちらで再度レーザーで取って頂きました。レーザーをして頂く前は盛り上がった状態でしたが半年以上たった今は黒子があった事が分からない位綺麗になっています。行って良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常に赤くなっていて時々化膿する毛穴1箇所のみををピコレーザーで削る治療をするはずが、治療箇所を間違えられ何もない毛穴を削られました。その後の連絡対応も最低です。なぜ間違えた箇所を治療するような先生に再度見てもらわなきゃならないのか。
二度と横浜院は行きません。
I was supposed to treat with a picolaser only one pore that was always red and sometimes became purulent, but I was mistaken for the treatment location and the empty pore was removed. Contact after that is also the worst. Why should a teacher who treats the wrong place have to look again?
I will never go to Yokohama-in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 治療の説明は正しく行ってくれるので、良いと思います。ただ、本気で悩んで来ている人に取っては物足りなさを感じるのではないでしょうか。説明自体は調べれば分かる事ばかり。
例えば治療に個人差があることは、聞かなくても分かることです。間違ったことは言いませんが、明言を避ける感じがして任せられないなと感じてしまいました。
I think it's good because the explanation of the treatment is correct. However, it may feel unsatisfactory for those who are seriously worried. The explanation itself can only be understood by examining it.
For example, individual differences in treatment can be understood without asking. I won't say anything wrong, but I felt like I was avoiding it and couldn't leave it to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シミのレーザー治療を受けました。先生はタメ口で話してきますが、質問にはきちんと答えてくれます。レーザー治療は痛そうで怖いイメージがありましたが「痛い時は麻酔を追加するから大丈夫。我慢しないで言ってね。」と言われ、安心して治療を受けられました。また機会があったらお世話になりたいと思います。

ほかの方も述べているように院内は清潔で静かでいい感じです。
私は包茎手術をしてもらったのですが、インフォームドコンセプトと仕上がりにはとても満足しています。医師とのカウンセリングは思ったよりサバサバした感じでしたが、こちらが調べてきたことを前提に質問をすると丁寧に答えてくれ、術後のフォロー時も丁寧だったと思います。
ほかの美容外科クリニックと比較すると高額な施術料だとは思いますが、接客、施術内容、技量、アフターフォロー、責任感の強みは値段相応だと感じました。

As others have said, the hospital is clean, quiet and nice.
I had phimosis surgery and am very pleased with the informed concept and finish. The counseling with the doctor seemed to be more dry than I expected, but when I asked a question on the premise that I had investigated it, he answered politely, and I think he was polite during the postoperative follow-up.
I think that the treatment fee is high compared to other cosmetic surgery clinics, but I felt that the strengths of customer service, treatment content, skill, after-sales follow-up, and sense of responsibility are appropriate for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二重全切開を行いました。平行二重になりたい思いで整形を決めました。色々調べて目頭切開もやらないと難しいことを知りましたが、ここでは二重全切開のみで平行二重になりますよと言ってくれました。現在抜糸をしたばかりでまだ安定はしていませんが、ちゃんと平行二重です。3ヶ月後気に入らなければサポートすると仰って下さったので安心です。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の下のクマが気になりここで相談したらヒアルロン酸注射がいいと言われ注射してもらいましたが、余計に目立つ結果になりました。しかも量が多かったのか目の下のクマのとこに段差が出来てしまいすごく不自然な感じになりました。たかがヒアルロン酸注射なのにどれだけ下手くそなんだ？！
あまりにも変な仕上がりなので入れたヒアルロン酸を溶かす処置をしてもらおうと思いましたが、ここでまた技術が全くない人にやってもらって余計変になると思うと怖くなり、今度は別のクリニックでやってもらいましたが、「これはひどい。どうしたらこんな風になるのだろう」と言われました。幸い今度は上手いクリニックに当たったから適切な処置を受けて再度ヒアルロン酸をやってもらいましたがめちゃくちゃ綺麗な仕上がりになれました。
最初からCMで有名なだけで蓋を開けてみれば下手くそとヤブしかいないとこに行かずにもっときちんとしたクリニックで受ければよかったと後悔しています。お金と時間がドブ行きでした。
ドバイでヘリコプター飛ばしたり娘が似合ってもない変な服を着て意味不明なCMをするお金と時間があるならもっと医者の研修に使えよ。下手くそにも程がある。もう絶対に行きません。

I regret that I should have taken it at a more decent clinic instead of going to the place where there was only bad shit and yab if I opened the lid just because it was famous for commercials from the beginning. Money and time went to the sewage.
If you have the money and time to fly a helicopter in Dubai or do a strange commercial in strange clothes that your daughter doesn't look good on, use it for more doctor training. There is a certain amount of bad shit. I will never go.
