★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約前日にハイフが故障してしまったとの事で、メンテナンス時間の関係で何度か予約の変更があったのですが、メールの返信も早く頂けたのでスムーズに進んで良かったです。ハイフの施術自体もしっかりと効果を実感出来て満足しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術中に足をトントンして落ち着かせてくれたのが個人的にすごく安心出来て助かったのと、嬉しかったです。短時間で終わる二重埋没の施術でしたが、怖がりな私にとってはかなり緊張があったので、こうした少しの配慮が心強かったです?

施術や金額の説明も明確できちんと説明してくれました。
とても配慮が行き届いていてほかの患者さんと待合室などで一緒になるってことがなくてとにかくありがたかったm(_ _)m
無理に高い施術を勧められることもなく、温かい雰囲気の中カウンセリングから施術まで行ってもらえたのでまた利用したい・友人におすすめしたいと感じました。
スタッフの方もみんな温かくてアットホーム感が良かったです。

I wasn't forced to recommend expensive treatments, and I was able to go from counseling to treatments in a warm atmosphere, so I wanted to use it again and recommend it to my friends.
All the staff were warm and at home.

カウセリングと手術が同日でした。
ただアフターフォローはありません。
フリーダイヤルで相談はできますが、写真を送ってくださいと言われ来院してくださいとは言われません。
ゴネたら見てもらえるかもしれませんが、私は他の病院で見てもらう事にします。
院内は清潔感があり、テキパキと皆が働いている点は良かったと思います。

You can talk to us by toll-free number, but you will be asked to send a photo and not to come to the hospital.
You may be able to see it if you go, but I will see it at another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院内がとても清潔感があって綺麗(病院なのでそこはすごい大事かなって思います…！)美容外科ってだけあってスタッフさんもキレイな方ばかり。
予約からカウンセリング、医師の診察、施術の説明、施術までの流れもとてもスムーズで待ち時間も気になるほどなかったです。
TCB式小顔美肌再生という糸リフトを入れてもらいましたが仕上がりにも大満足です。
リフトアップはもちろん糸が溶けてくと肌がきれいになるとのことで経過が楽しみです(^^♡
The inside of the hospital is very clean and beautiful (I think it's very important because it's a hospital ...!) There are only cosmetic surgeons, and all the staff are beautiful.
The flow from appointment to counseling, doctor's consultation, explanation of treatment, and treatment was very smooth, and I didn't have to worry about waiting time.
I had a thread lift called TCB type small face beautiful skin regeneration, but I am very satisfied with the finish.
Of course I am looking forward to the progress because the skin will be clean when the thread melts as well as lift up (^ ^ ♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンセリング当日にVIO脱毛の施術を受けたい方には全くもっておすすめできません。HPには当日に1回でもVIOの施術が受けられる（体調によっては受けられないこともある）と書かれていますが嘘です。
こちらはカウンセリング時にVIO脱毛をしたい旨を予約の際にしっかりと電話でもお伝えしたにもかかわらず、枠が埋まっているなどと言われ、毛の処理をして足を運び損でしかありませんでした。
最初はカウンセリングだけと言い、高い価格のプランを売りつけたいだけなので、一度だけの脱毛を希望される方は湘○美容などのほうが断然おすすめです。
カウンセラーも圧が強く最悪でした。ちなみにエレベーターも怖いです。

The counselor was also under pressure and was the worst. By the way, the elevator is also scary.

受付後すぐにカウンセリング室へ案内していただき、その後もほとんど待ち時間無く対応いただけました。施術中一番痛いと言われていた麻酔注射のときに看護師さんが脚をとんとんしてくれて安心できました。ヒアルロン酸注入をした胸の仕上がりも自然な感じで気に入ってます。

I was guided to the counseling room immediately after the reception, and after that I was able to respond with almost no waiting time. I was relieved that the nurse shook my leg during the anesthesia injection, which was said to be the most painful during the procedure. I also like the natural finish of the chest that has been injected with hyaluronic acid.

ドクターの説明が丁寧でわかりやすく、こちらの意見を尊重してくれて有難かったです。
デザインに関して私の希望が2転3転しても、シュミレーションを何度も行って納得のいく形になるよう提案してくれました。スタッフさんからの説明も、同じ説明をもう一度受けたいと言っても快く対応してくれたり、皆さんとても優しい対応で感謝です。
施術で麻酔を打つ際なども楽しくお話してくれて気を紛らわせてくれて大変安心出来ました。仕上がりも希望通りで嬉しいです。
