★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出産を経て、急に手先が痺れるようになり受診。先生はとても物腰柔らかい人で、診察や説明もすごく丁寧です。院内も広く、温かい雰囲気があります。病院の寒々しく怖いイメージは全くなし。ですが、受付から診察まで平気で２時間とか待ちますのでご注意を。そんだけ人気ということなんだと思います。院内には雑誌もいくつかありましたので、暇つぶし可。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去に2度別の整形外科に行き、異常はないと追い返されたため無理かと思っていたのですが、調子が悪かったためダメ元で行きました。
開業すぐに行きましたが既に人が大勢いて、2時間半待ちました。お年寄りが多い印象です。
しかしレントゲンを撮り、軽度ですが異常があったことがわかり、コンピューター画像を使ってどれほどの程度のものなのかの解説とそれに関する情報を丁寧に紙の説明にマーカーをひきながら教えてくださり、最後には「なにか質問ございますか？」としっかり聞いてくださりましたので、お医者さんが苦手で怖くて質問できないタイプの私でも質問しやすい診察でしたし、その前の説明がとてもわかりやすく丁寧でしたので質問しなくて済むほどのものでした。
穏やかで話もしっかり聞いてくださいますし、長い待ち時間でしたがこの先生なら納得！という印象でした。
個人差はあると思いますが、私は今まで行った整形外科の中で1番良かったです。

看護士さんも含めて対応が明るくて、雰囲気が良い病院です。
11時に到着して診察終了したのは13時20分でした。人が多いのは仕方がないですし、評価に含めるべきではないと思います。
午前最後のほうの診察だったのですが、先生のほうが大変だろうな～、と感じました。
診察、レントゲン、診察という流れです。診察の最期に不明点があれば答えてくださる。いままで、質問タイムを設けてくださる医者はいなかったと思います。
やっと、「かかりつけの整形外科病院」ができました。あとは内科と歯医者。

交通事故に遭い、午後の診察が始まる40分前に行ったら閉まったドアの外に行列がてきており11番目でした。平日朝、60分前に行ったら8番目→1時間半待ち。家族のケガで平日夕方駆け込み→3時間待ち。そのあと診察→レントゲン→診察→お会計で計3時間半！
待合室の8割は高齢者。15%が高齢者以外のおとな、5%は子ども。
真冬に行ったときは看護師さんが出勤していなくても院長先生は早く来て院内をエアコンであたため、自ら解錠してドアの外で待つ患者をエアコンの効いた待合室で待てるようにしてくれました。
診察まで待てずに院長をつかまえてベラベラと症状をしゃべりだす老人がいる。薬の処方はビル一階のサンドラッグ。

先生は、病名等素人の私にもわかりやすく丁寧に説明してくれる。看護士さんも含めて対応が明るく、笑顔がとても素敵。雰囲気も良い病院。
変形性膝関節症で水が溜まっていたが抜き取らず、リハビリで水を散らす方法をとる考えの先生でもある。
リハビリに力を入れているので、薬はなかなかだしてもらえない。
私は注射が大の苦手なので、先生の考えが気に入っていて、大のお気に入りの病院だ。

1階が薬局になってます。
東神奈川駅から徒歩2〜3分くらい？で駐車場無し、近隣にパーキングありますが駅近なので割高。
待ち時間がとても長いけどどれくらい待つか目安教えてくれるし外出できるのであまり苦ではない印象。(近くにイオンやファミレスがあるのでそれなりに待てる)
キッズルームなどはなし。
看護師さんも受付の人も親切でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待ち時間が長い上に、診察が雑。膝を痛め受診しましたが、院内のレントゲンで原因分からず。院外のMRI設備のある医療機関で高い金を払って検査したもののはっきりした原因が特定できず。挙げ句の果て、膝に負担のかかる運動はNGとのこと。運動選手だって膝を負傷しても適切な治療で復帰してるのに、運動NGって有り得ない。その上、痛み止めでごまかす。危うく薬漬けにされるとこでした。結局、治療する気がなく、治療を引き伸ばして通院を長引かせてるようにしか思えません。運動NGと言われましたが、無視して筋トレをしていたら痛みが殆どなくなり、今では普通の生活を送れています。あのまま何もしなかったらまだ膝の痛みに悩んでいたでしょう。そう考えるとゾッとしますし、あの時ハッキリしない診断も疑わしくなってきます。病院との相性はあると思いますが、待ち時間が長い上に、的確な診断が出来ない病院は行く価値がないです。なんであんなに混むのか理解できません。
