★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流れ作業で施術してるのかほくろ除去した際の料金・アフターケア・再発した場合の説明が雑でした。
分からない部分があり確認をした際も面倒くさそうに対応されて恥ずかしいし申し訳なくなりました…。
ただ医師の説明は丁寧で口コミも悪くないので、たまたま対応の悪い方だったのかもしれませんが…。
ホクロ除去が終わるまで通いますが、最終的にかかる金額と期間は不明です。

美容クリニックは初めてだったので緊張しながらドアを開けましたが、受付の方が笑顔で優しく出迎えてくれて、まずホッとしました。
カウンセリングもとても親身になって悩みを聞いてくれて、些細な疑問なども親切に教えてくださいました。終始笑顔で対応してくださり、私に合った治療法をしっかり説明していただけたので、安心してお任せすることができました。
先生も他のスタッフの方々も皆さん親切で、来てよかったと思いました。
今後もこちらでお世話になりたいと思います。

クリニックの中も綺麗でプライバシーにとても配慮されているなと感じました。
今回M22 全顔照射をやりました。
スタッフの方も痛みの程度や質問に対して丁寧に説明して下さり緊張もほぐれました。
痛みはありましたが綺麗になると思ったら我慢できる程度です。
2日目が経ちましたが少しずつ濃くなったカサブタがとれているように感じます。
1週間後2週間後の経過が楽しみです。
先生にも帰り際に綺麗になってくるから言われとても信頼できると感じました。
先生初めスタッフの方々がとても親切でした。

美容クリニックの来院は初めてで、施術の痛みやダウンタイムなど不安がありましたが、カウンセリング時に先生やカウンセラーの方から丁寧に説明をして頂けたので安心できました。
施術時のビリつく痛みはありましたが、声を掛けながら進めてもらえたので心の準備をしながら受ける事ができ助かりました。
施術から一週間経ち、長年気になっていたソバカスが薄くなってきたので嬉しい限りです！ありがとうございました。

美容クリニックに行く事が初めてだったので不安がありましたが、施術前にカウンセラーの方に丁寧に説明していただき安心できました。
施術を担当してくれた女医の先生や介助のスタッフの方達も皆さん優しかったのでとても雰囲気が良かったです。

初めての美容クリニックだったので緊張していましたが、受付の方が明るく笑顔で対応してくださり少し緊張がほぐれました。

スタッフ皆さんフレンドリーかつ親切に対応して下さり良かったです。院内も綺麗でした。ですが元々目当てだった施術以外のコースを勧められ、お断りすると『ホクロも多めなのでこちらのコースの方がホクロ取りも込みなのでお得です！ホクロで悩まれてる方が多いので。』等と悩んでいない所まで。。始めは親身になってくれていると感じましたが、営業感が出ていて少しデリカシーがないんじゃないかと思ってしまい残念でした。。
シミ取りレーザーは以前に施術した場所よりお安かったのでその場でお願いしましたが、麻酔が無い等の説明もなかったのでその辺の説明もあると嬉しかったです。
写真を撮ったりカウンセリングでなんだかんだ1時間以上かかったのでお時間に余裕持たれた方がいいと思います。

It took me more than an hour to take pictures and counseling, so I think it's better to have some time to spare.
