メインの厳島神社の裏側にあたり、原付でも15分くらいかかる（徒歩で行くなら１時間？）場所から更に山登りを20分ほど、かかりますが、その価値はあります。案内板も説明文も地図も何もありませんが、分かる人には分かる遺跡です。もう10回以上行きましたが、今まで人とすれ違ったこともない（鹿はいました）くらい、とても静かな空間です。その空気も大好きなのですが、建造からもう既に100年以上経っているので、あちこち崩壊しはじめています。文化財として保護してほしいものです。

It is located behind the main Itsukushima Shrine, and it takes about 15 minutes even with a moped (1 hour if you go on foot?), And it takes about 20 minutes to climb the mountain, but it is worth it. There are no information boards, explanations, or maps, but it is a ruin that can be understood by those who understand it. I've been there more than 10 times, but it's a very quiet space that I've never passed by (there was a deer). I love that air, but it's been over 100 years since it was built, so it's starting to collapse here and there. I want you to protect it as a cultural property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年ちょい前の真夏にブラブラ探索で迷い込みました。草だらけであまり判りませんでした。…まあ、そんな時期に行くべきではないです。
今現在は、皆様の写真から見て遺跡も整備されてる様な感じ。
…あの井戸…まだありますね(汗)
蓋開けて覗いちゃった！
深い底に水が張ってましたね。
落ちたら這い上がれない様な恐怖((ﾟ□ﾟ;))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宮島のラピュタ感動しました。はじめに鷹ノ巣裏からロープをつたって海岸に降りたら低砲台は崩壊していました。足元は捨てられた貝殻で白くてキレイでしたがサンダルだと怪我をしてしまいそうです。
その後に高砲台に上がる為に車道から外れ、徒歩で山頂に向かう階段を見つけるまで時間かかりましたが井戸を過ぎてトイレとの間に左に上がる階段を上がると更に長い階段を上がり山頂に向かうことが出来ました。

After that, I got off the road to go up to the high battery, and it took time to find the stairs leading to the mountaintop on foot, but when I passed the well and went up the stairs going up to the left with the toilet, I went up the longer stairs and headed for the mountaintop. I was able to do it.
