な	なかやまふみか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR高田馬場駅から近い所に店舗があって便利でした。地元から物件を探しに出てきて、ネットで見つけて予約せずに訪れました。私達がその日の内に、地元に帰る事、細かい希望、等。丁寧に提示した条件を聞いて下さり、かなりの時間、物件を探してもらいました。従業員の方は、30代の方が多く、安心しました。一緒に行った父に対しても丁寧にして頂きました。元々、借りようと考えていたのが、会社の近くでしたが、少し電車に乗るだけで同じ予算でも、治安が良く、綺麗なお部屋がある事を教えてもらえて、また、他の不動産屋さんとも連携を取って頂き、物件の情報をお願いして下さり、駅の近くで予算内で希望通りの部屋を借りる事が出来て、とても満足しています。紹介してくれたお部屋は、どれもお洒落なお部屋ばかりで、実際に内見した時に、建物の周りのお店や、施設についても詳しく教えてもらう事が出来、物件を決める為の、知識が豊富で、親切な担当者の方に出会えて良かったです。あと、女性の1人暮らしで、色々と心配していたのですが、防犯対策が万全のお部屋を紹介して頂けたので、星は5つです。☆☆☆☆☆ 夜遅くまでにも、関わらず親身に相談に乗って頂き、それでも条件に出来るだけ合った部屋を探し出して下さりとても感謝しています。本当に、真摯に対応して頂き、良い不動産屋さんに会えたと思っています。 It was convenient because there was a store near JR Takadanobaba Station. I am very happy that I was able to cooperate with Mr. San and ask for information on the property, and I was able to rent a room as desired within the budget near the station. All of the rooms introduced to me are fashionable, and when I actually inspected them, I was able to learn more about the shops and facilities around the building, and I had the knowledge to decide on a property. It was nice to meet a rich and kind person in charge. Also, I was worried about various things because I lived alone as a woman, but since I was introduced to a room with perfect security measures, I have 5 stars. ☆☆☆☆☆ I am very grateful to you for consulting with me even late at night, and still finding a room that meets the conditions as much as possible. I really think that I was able to meet a good real estate agent with sincere support.
