★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の移転があり、引越しの必要が出てきたので今回2回目の依頼でした。1度目は大阪から高田馬場近辺に引っ越す際にお願いし、希望に沿った本当に住み心地の良い物件を選ぶことができました。
今回は場所が離れた港区周辺の物件を探していましたが、勝手を知ってもらっていた桐原さんに再度相談させていただきました。家賃相場も上がる港区の物件で、家賃や居住の条件等かなり細かく希望を出させてもらいましたが、些細なところまで気にかけてくださり希望に沿った物件を提案してもらえました。また、個人的にしっかりと内見をしたい性格で、合計で2日で10件ほど内見をさせていただきましたが、暑い中嫌な顔一つせず案内してもらえました。また、周辺の環境なども一緒に見て回っていただけ、結果として納得のいく条件・環境の物件に申し込みをすることができました。
いつも親身に相談に乗ってくださり、ある意味楽しく部屋探しをできるよう最大限サポートしていただけました。引越しは頻繁にするものではないですが、もし機会があればまた是非お願いしたいと思っています。本当にありがとうございました。

・契約時に契約者のみの訪問で良いように、事前に同居人の本人確認書類のコピーを提出していたが、再度提出を求められた(なくしたのか？)。
・電気について指定無しと説明を受け契約をしたが、後日マンション指定があることが判明し、再手続きが必要となった。
その他にも、審査が通る前にインターネットの案内がきて、今日この電話で決めないと間に合わないと言われるなど、確認不足や連絡ミスが見受けられる点がありました。
他に仲介手数料が安く対応も優れていた会社もあったのですが、物件を紹介いただいたこちらで契約をしてしまいました。
仲介手数料も生半可な額ではなかったので、しっかり対応して欲しかったです。

In addition, there were some points such as lack of confirmation and contact mistakes, such as being informed on the Internet before the examination passed and being told that it would not be possible to make a decision on this phone today.
There was another company that had a low brokerage fee and excellent response, but I made a contract here when I was introduced to the property.
The brokerage fee was not half-hearted, so I wanted you to respond firmly.
