地方から東京に引っ越しをする際にミルーム高田馬場店の井手さんにお世話になりました。
地方民にとって東京までの交通費はかなり高いと思います。私は1往復の上京で申し込みからお部屋の契約まですべて終えられました。契約書は郵送で行うことが出来ましたので交通費の制約ができました。
1泊2日のスケジュールで部屋選び→内見→お部屋のお申し込みまでして帰らなければならなかったのですがそういった事情も汲んで下さり、最終決定をする前にもう一度部屋を内見したい、といった要望も聞き入れて下さいました。
またJR高田馬場駅から徒歩5分以内というアクセスの良さも地方民にとってはありがたかったです。山手線しかわからない人でも十分に行けますしgoogle mapにも出ます。最悪、方向音痴な人は電話すれば必ず辿り着けます。
地方から出られる方は特に費用をおさえたいと思いますので相談なさると良いかと思います。井手さん最後まで事細かな相談に乗って頂きありがとうございました。

I was taken care of by Mr. Ide of the Miroom Takadanobaba store when I moved from a rural area to Tokyo.
I think the transportation costs to Tokyo are quite high for locals. I went to Tokyo for one round trip and completed everything from application to room contract. Since the contract could be sent by mail, transportation costs could be restricted.
I had to go home by selecting a room → preview → applying for a room on a schedule of 1 night and 2 days, but I would like to take a look at the room again before making the final decision. I also listened to such requests.
In addition, the good access within a 5-minute walk from JR Takadanobaba Station was also appreciated by the locals. Even people who only know the Yamanote line can go enough, and it will also appear on google map. In the worst case, people who have no sense of direction can always reach by calling.
Those who can come from rural areas would like to keep costs down, so I think it would be good to consult with them. Mr. Ide Thank you for taking the time to consult us until the end.

自分の担当の方はとても酷い対応でした。
シンプルに嘘つきます。
電話すると約束してた日に連絡が無いのでメールで問い合わせたところ、電話したとの事でした。
こちらもしっかり確認の上問い合わせをしてるので指摘の連絡をすると、直ぐに謝罪のメールと電話がかかって来ました。
その後の内見に関しては1人で行かされました。気に入ったらお店に来てとメールで言われました。
客1人での内見はかなりグレーだそうです。
色々と信用出来なくなったので、物件の見積りを他店で見てもらうと、お店負担の事務手数料をお客様から頂こうとしていました。
他店で貰った見積もりには
※この物件の仲介手数料は代理店負担としっかり記載されてありました。
これに関しては詐欺に近いですよね。。。
気を付けてください。

It seems that the inside look of one customer is quite gray.
I couldn't trust it in various ways, so when I asked another store to look at the estimate of the property, I was trying to get the administrative fee borne by the store from the customer.
For the quote I got at another store

事情があり急きょ引っ越しすることになったのですが、その日のうちにレスポンスがありかなりスピーディに対応していただきました。
部屋選び、内見、物件の申し込みまで3日くらいで行えたと思います。
短い時間でも部屋の内装だけでなく通勤時間のことや日用品の買い物をどこでするか？などライフスタイルに合わせた提案をしていただけました。また雨の日にアーケードのある道を通勤ルートにする事ができたので傘をさしている時間も少なくて済みました。
またお部屋に合わせた家具などのご提案もありました。狭いスペースを有効活用する生活の知恵も教えていただけました。
不安に思ったことは全て答えていただけたので納得して今の部屋に住む事ができています。
初めて行かれる方は家賃や要望（トイレ風呂別、室内洗濯機）などを紙に書いてまとめて行くと担当者に伝わりやすいと思います。
また、予算の都合で何かを削らなければならない場合もきちんと納得する回答をしていただけたり、代替案を必ず出していただけるので一人では解決できないことをプロの視点から沢山のアイデアがもらえるのも魅力の一つです。
引っ越し時にも安い引っ越し業者を二つ紹介してもらえ、自分が想定していた予算の半分くらいで引っ越しができました。

Where do you shop for daily necessities and commuting time as well as room interiors even for a short time? We were able to make suggestions that match our lifestyle. Also, on a rainy day, I was able to make the road with an arcade a commuting route, so I didn't have to spend much time holding an umbrella.
There were also suggestions for furniture that fits the room. He also taught me the wisdom of living to make effective use of small spaces.
All the things I was worried about were answered, so I was convinced that I could live in my room.
If you are going for the first time, write down the rent and requests (separate toilet / bath, indoor washing machine) on a piece of paper and put them together so that the person in charge can easily understand them.
Also, if you have to cut something due to budgetary reasons, you can give a convincing answer, and you can always come up with alternatives, so you can get a lot of ideas from a professional point of view that you can not solve it by yourself. It is one of the attractions.
When I moved, I was introduced to two cheap moving companies, and I was able to move with about half the budget I had expected.
