★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 足りないのか漢字もまともに読めず物件の契約説明が雑。平気で嘘を吐く。質問には見当違いな回答(おそらく面倒なため迷惑客認定をして迷惑客を宥めるマニュアル通りの回答)。間違いを指摘しても謝ることを知らない。管理会社への責任のなすり付け。米山さん、その態度は今後のためにも改めた方がいいと思います。
「こういう時はとりあえず謝っておけばいいんだよ」とマニュアルに付け加えた方がいいかもしれませんね。
契約前と契約後で態度が一変するのがこの業界の人ですが(契約までが仕事ですしね)トラブルがあるのは契約前時点の話なのできちんと対応していただきたかったです。他の方の高評価を見てここを選んだので非常に残念な思いをしました。

The apartment options were also good, and agent did provide my wife (Japanese Citizen) a through explanation of the apartment’s benefits/amenities.
