★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な引っ越しでしたが丁寧に対応して下さり気に入ったお部屋を見つける事ができました。引っ越し日に合わせてお部屋のクリーニング等を早めて下さったり、わがままを聞いて頂けて本当に助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嘘ばかりつく年配の女性スタッフがいました。おかげで振り回されてくたびれもうけになりました。お客のことを考えれていない。いい加減でやる気のなさが伝わりました。他のスタッフの印象もいまいちでした。被害にあわないためにも関わらないほうが賢明です。

他の不動産屋さんからの紹介(仲介？)での申し込みでした。
申し込み時に担当した仲介の不動産屋さんは目の前で、
”審査は大丈夫そうでしょうか”と、しっかり確認したうえでの申し込みでした。
保証人の私が求められた書類はすべて出したうえで審査結果は”非承認”。。理由は息子が学生だからとの理由でした。
申し込んでから1週間以上経ったうえでその回答はひどすぎです。
申し込んだ時点で内容は学生・保証人で親という事は伝えているはずです。
1週間待たされて審査が非承認という事で、また東京まで部屋を探しに来なくてはならないのと、時間的にも余裕のない状態で探さなくてはならない状態になってしまいました。
部屋を探す人の立場を考えてほしいものです。
