塩豚骨のお店らしいが、つけ麺のスープは見た目は、やや粘度ある豚骨醤油
清湯と違ってそれなりにボリュームのあるスープだが、重すぎず軽すぎず醤油のキレと円やかな旨味を感じました
甘くないのがいいかも
食後聞いたところ、鶏出汁に注力しているらしいです
つまり鶏豚骨醤油？
麺上のチャーシューはデカく厚く柔らかく肉感も有って美味しいです
海苔の下にはネギの山が隠れています
麺はやや細目の中太平打ち麺 コシも有ります
メニューも豊富でお兄さんも感じがいいですね
ハッピーアワー290円(ビール除く)のハイボールはかなり薄かったけど?

It seems to be a salted pork bone shop, but the tsukemen soup looks a little viscous pork bone soy sauce.

After eating, I heard that they are focusing on chicken stock.

The char siu on the noodles is big, thick, soft and delicious with a flesh.
A mountain of green onions is hidden under the seaweed
The noodles are also slightly finer medium-thick flat noodles.
The menu is abundant and the older brother feels good too.
The highball for happy hour 290 yen (excluding beer) was pretty thin, but ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty pork ramen with many options extras. There is a vending machine outside in Japanese but they have an English menu inside and the staff will help you with the vending mahcine options.
Excellent friendly sevice too.
They also have a side menu with various fish options too.

They serve pork ramen as well as a tsukemen (dipping ramen which is fish based.
The pork was complex in flavour. Perfect level of seasoning. Not oily. Beautiful pork bone broth.
The noodles were really good too, not too soft. Great texture.
Lots of condiments too. I loved the Yuzu koshu.
Excellent service. A staff member helped us place an order at the machine and was very patient. The chef was so very lovely and thanked us for visiting.
A must do when visiting Tokyo.
Highly recommended for any ramen lover.
