s	sia anasta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネイルとマツエクで、もう10年以上通っているサロンです。とても大きなサロンなので、前日などでも予約が取りやすい。フリーで入っていると時々酷いスタッフに当たる事がありますが、比較的上手な方が多いです。 It is a salon that I have been going to for more than 10 years in Nail and Matsueku. お	おもちさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 技術は上手い。日にちを間違えたので再度違う日にちで取り直し備考欄にその旨を全て記載。電話番号までも書き、何かあればご連絡をと書いたにもかかわらずそちらの確認不足なのに本日無断キャンセルとなってますのでキャンセル料かかりますと電話あり。きちんと再度取り直して備考欄に書いていると伝えてからやっと確認すると電話を保留。確認後それでも無断キャンセル扱いと言われた。確認不足はそちらではないでしょうか？技術面が良いだけに経営問題が懸念しされる。 Technology is good. み	みぃくま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年通っていますが、接客態度や技術スキルはスタッフで統一されていないのでお気に入りがいた場合は指名をしておいた方が安心です。座席数が多く、割と予約も取りやすいですが、認知度が上がったのか週末は予約が埋まっている日が多くなった気がします。客数の割に待合の座席が非常に少なかったのですが、最近改善されて大きな丸型ソファが置かれていました。気になるのは受付スタッフの多さ。それなのに、入店時にたいした挨拶もないので毎回、社員教育大丈夫なのかな？と思ってしまいます。。とはいえ、他店舗ではなかなかない料金の安さなの利用時には割り切りが必要です。 I have been going there for several years, but the staffing attitude and technical skills are not uniform, so it is safer to nominate them if there is a favorite. ん	んゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テープが痛かったです。その上、オフの時点で動作が慌ただしいのが目を瞑っていても分かってソワソワしました。今まで何年もマツエクに通ってきてこんな経験をしたことはありません。耐えられないほど不快だったので、テープが痛いことを伝えると「当店では施術できないのでお帰りください」と言われました。技術のないスタッフではなく痛いと言った私が悪いかのような対応をされました。他のスタッフに代わってもらいたいと伝えましたが「当店では施術できない」の一点張り。渋谷のマックスケリーは痛かったと友人からも聞いていたのですが直前で予約取れたのがマックスケリーしかなかったという理由で行ってしまったことを後悔しています。直前の予約は空いていないような人気店に行けば良かったです。女性の施術者は無言でその場を去り男性のスタッフの方に代わり、威圧的態度を取られました。何故男性スタッフがいるのか不思議だったのですか、こういうトラブル時に威圧的態度を取るためなのかなと感じました。私のマツエク歴で最も嫌な経験でした。二度と行きません。 The tape hurt. I was wondering why there were male staff, and I felt that it was to take an intimidating attitude in such troubles. It was the most disgusting experience in my history of false eyelashes. I will never go again.

They didn’t have any appointments that night, but I was able to make one for the next day. So glad I did. It was a cool experience and I loved the nail style I came out with.
