福	福島洋一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全国のスーパーホテルでもエリアや場所によってサービスは違います。今回、滋賀県庁横のスーパーホテル大津駅前に宿泊。駐車場は予約制で数台ありますが予約出来なくても同じ様な価格帯で近隣のタイムズパーキングで上限1100円が便利です(写真あり)。こちらは他店舗にある大浴場やウェルカムバーなどはありませんが、スタッフの方々も親切丁寧で部屋内は快適です(デスクあり、LANあり、電源多い、アメニティ選択制)。モーニングビュッフェでは近江牛カレーが朝から美味しかったです。有難うございました～ Services vary depending on the area and location even at super hotels nationwide. There are several parking lots by reservation, but even if you can not make a reservation, it is convenient to have a maximum of 1100 yen at the nearby Times Parking at the same price range (photos available). There is no large communal bath or welcome bar in other stores, but the staff are kind and polite, and the room is comfortable (with desk, LAN, many power supplies, amenity selection system). Omi beef curry was delicious from the morning at the morning buffet. Thank you ~
関	関根隆司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2/13の朝食の時にいらっしゃったスタッフの方のホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。逆にチェックインの時のスタッフの方は、スーパーホテルのスタッフの方なら誰でもやっていらっしゃることができていませんでした。部屋が広く、とても使いやすかったです。自分の体調の問題もあるかもしれませんが、カレーとサラダ(生野菜)はとても美味しかったのですが、それ以外(特にポテトサラダとポトフ)があまり美味しくありませんでした。スーパーホテルにしては珍しいです。余計なお世話かもしれませんが、グーグルの評価で3.7しか出ないスーパーホテルはめったにありません。一定の立場の方が、良い部分をもっと前に出す工夫をすべきだと感じました。でも、大津に来た時は、また泊まります。アンケート出した時にいただいたグミがとても美味しかったです。 The hospitality of the staff who came at breakfast on 2/13 was wonderful. m	mayu T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前スーパーホテルの立川店に宿泊したことがあり、お値段はお安いのに、従業員の方が笑顔で、素晴らしい接客で感動したことがあります。今回正月の帰省帰りに、渋滞に巻き込まれ深夜になった為、急遽当日予約にてコチラに宿泊。大津店も、本当に素晴らしい接客でした。ホテルお部屋の感じは、普通のビジネスホテルで、特に広いと言うわけではありませんが。 3人泊まれるビジネスホテルは、案外少なく、こちらは親子3人で宿泊もでき、安く。私自身、小売の接客業をしておりますが、こちらの従業員の接客は感動を覚えるほど素晴らしいです。女性へのアメニティサービスも地味に嬉しく有り難いです。今後も、行き先の近くに、スーパーホテルがある場所は、何度もお世話になると思います。高級旅館とは違い、寝る為だけと言うホテルで、リピートしたいなんて思った事は、過去ありませんが。スーパーホテルさんは、リピートしたくなるほど接客が素晴らしいです。朝食バイキングも子供でも喜ぶ内容のものもあるので、ありがたいです。本当に有難うございました。 I have stayed at the Tachikawa store of a super hotel before, and although the price is low, the employees smiled and I was impressed by the wonderful customer service. I think that the place where the super hotel is located near the destination will be taken care of many times in the future. Unlike luxury inns, it's a hotel just for sleeping, and I've never wanted to repeat it. At Super Hotel, the customer service is so wonderful that it makes you want to repeat. 西	西本史津 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２泊しましたが。お風呂も飲み水も健康水でよかったです。大きなお風呂がないのが残念でしたが、ユニットバスでしっかり湯舟に浸かったらお肌やお顔のつっぱり感もなくて、お水のおかげだと思いました。ユニットバスは若干狭め。朝食も健康的なものばかりで美味しくいただきました。さすが人気の健康朝食でした。正直ビジネスホテルだし、お値段お安い分期待してなかったですが、お部屋も広めだし、綺麗でとても心地よく過ごせました。色んな枕を選べるサービスもあり、楽しめました。何よりスタッフさんの心遣いがあり、気持ち良く宿泊できました。 I stayed for 2 nights. It was good that both the bath and drinking water were healthy water. It was a pity that there was no big bath, but when I took a unit bath and soaked in the bathtub, I didn't feel any tension on my skin or face, and I thought it was because of the water. The unit bath is slightly narrower. Breakfast was all healthy and delicious. It was a popular healthy breakfast. To be honest, it's a business hotel, and I didn't expect it because it was cheap, but the rooms were spacious, and it was clean and very comfortable. There was also a service where you could choose various pillows, and I enjoyed it. Above all, the staff were very considerate and I was able to stay comfortably.
