★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great budget option for people looking for accommodation in the Kyoto / Otsu area. Only 17mins from Kyoto station, and right next to Seta station on the JR Biwako line.
It's a basic business hotel, but the staff do their best with limited English.
