浅	浅野麻里 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも親切にして頂いてます。飛び入りでいくと待ち時間が長いのが少し辛いですが、予約をすれば、だいたいスムーズに受け付けてもらえます。でも今日行ったら、ものすごいクレーマーがいらっしゃっててかわいそうでした。予約でもないそうですし、いきなり英語でキレだしてありえない。携帯のショップの店員さんは大変だなあとあらためて思いました。対応されてた方も言われてるような感じではなかったですし、名刺なども要求されてて、その上クレーム先の番号まで聞いてて、見てて気の毒になりました。その店員さんはその後のお客様へも普通に対応されてました。いつも親切にして頂いてありがとうございます。と改めて思いました。 I'm always kind. I was told I couldn’t pay with a credit card and my questions about my contract were treated as though I was speaking a foreign language. The issues I had were solved less than 20 minutes later at the store in Kawaramachi where it was no problem to pay with a credit card, all my questions about the contract where answered professionally and given to me in writing so I could check later and the staff there was warm and welcoming even though no one spoke English, they didn’t shut down the moment I walked in the shop and had no problems with my Japanese. A stark contrast. I even ended up doing quite a few additional things including working out the best time to switch plans before leaving the country and doing a cost benefit analysis of switching internet providers. This store in Karasuma was a joke in comparison and left a nasty aftertaste. Enough for me to come and write this review even when nobody got time for that.
