★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eモバ時代は親切丁寧。Yモバから端末壊れて新しいの買ったが初期設定してくれなくなりヤフープレミアム会員?楽天会員?のやり方も解らん。4年間のお得意様に後脚で砂掛けるえげつない店!因みに半額は残り2月分で切れ1万以上むしられた?25ヶ月持たすのが普通やろ❗️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイモバイルですが何故かソフトバンクの方が説明しており言われるままにインターネットをソフトバンク光にすると速度も速くなってインターネットも安くなると言われて契約しましたが別に値段も変わらないしそもそも速度が以前よりだいぶ落ちて困っており元に戻してほしいと言ったのに無理と言われる始末
更に元に戻すためには解約金が掛かるとの事
ワイモバイルとソフトバンクは同じ会社とは知っていたがもっと良心的な会社だと思っていたがこれは本当に酷かった
