カウンター４席（せまい！）、２人掛卓２、４人掛卓１、６人掛卓１のこじんまりとした店内は満席で、外に空席待ちの客が数名。
10分ほどで入店。切り盛りしているのはご主人とその奥さんと思われる、比較的若い男女二人だけ。4席あるカウンターに案内され着席。
しばし待ったのち、蕎麦と天ぷらが登場する。
二八蕎麦の味わいは普通。ツウじゃないから普通としか分からない。コシはかなりあるが「一力」ほどじゃない。若干もっさり感があるのは蕎麦粉八割ゆえなのだろうか。
ツユは塩味薄めというか、醤油感控えめ、出汁感を前面に出した今風というか上品な味。出汁の旨味と塩分のバランスにセンスを感じるが、田舎蕎麦を期待する向きには「コレジャナイ」となりそう。
付け合わせはナスの田楽とキュウリの浅漬け…浅過ぎてほとんど塩味がないが、これはこれで美味い。
鮎の天ぷらは骨せんべいが抜群に美味かった。
実に香ばしくカリカリサクサクと小気味好い。
肝心の身だが普通に美味しい。ツウじゃないから普通しか言いようがない美味い。あと、ししとうの素揚げも美味しかった。
最後に蕎麦湯が出たのは嬉しい誤算。
この超てんてこ舞いぶりじゃ無理だろうと思っていただけに、かなり嬉しい。残ったツユを美味しくいただく。
もっとソウルフルな蕎麦を期待しなかったわけでもないが、内容を考えると充分に満足。しめて1350円は安いと思う。

Enter the store in about 10 minutes. Only relatively young men and women, who seem to be the husband and his wife, are making a big effort. We are guided to a counter with 4 seats and seated.
After waiting for a while, soba and tempura will appear.
The taste of buckwheat noodles is normal. I don't think so, so I only know it's normal. There is a lot of Kosi, but it's not "one strength". Is it because of the 80% buckwheat flour that there is a slight sense of sorrow?
Tsuyu is thin and salty, with a slight soy sauce taste and a taste that is modern or elegant with a sense of soup stock on the front. I feel a sense of balance between the taste and salinity of the soup, but in the direction that expects soba from the countryside, it is likely to be "korejanai".
The garnish with eggplants and rice with pickled cucumber ... It's too shallow to be salty, but this is delicious.
The tempura of salmon was excellent in bone crackers.
It is fragrant and crispy crispy and sweet.
It's the key but it's usually delicious. Because it is not Twe, it is delicious that only ordinary can say. After that, the fried seaweed was also delicious.
It is a nice miscalculation that Soba hot water came out last.
I'm pretty happy to think that it would not be possible without this super-tempo dance. Have the remaining Tsuyu delicious.
I did not expect a more soulful buckwheat noodle, but I was completely satisfied with the contents. I think that 1350 yen is cheap.

腰のあるきれいなおそばです。
天ざるをお願いしましたら、漬け物、ワラビの煮物の小鉢が付き、薬味はネギ、ワサビ、のりがついてました。天ぷらは、エビ、なす、カボチャ、ピーマン、さつまいもと揚げ方もころもがあっさりとして美味しく頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高嶺ルビーの赤そば、ニ八そばの食べ比べをいただいた。角切りでコシのある蕎麦。11時前からやっており、11時には外で待つ人も。そば屋のカレーなどもあり、夜はコース料理もある。

そば、稲庭うどんがメイン、夏は梅そばなどが期間限定で登場。
稲庭うどんは色んなところで食べたので地鶏南蛮蕎麦を注文、前日都忘れという宿にとまり小鉢追加クーポンがあったので合わせて利用しました。
15分くらい待ったのち、美味しそうな香りと共に蕎麦が運ばれてくる。茄子に肉味噌が乗った小鉢ときゅうりの漬物付き、嬉しい。
夏にしては外気温20度で寒く、暖かい汁が身体に染み渡り凄く美味しい、優しい出汁の味、いくらでも飲める。麺の方もコシがあり美味い、地鶏は気がついたら完食。スープも完飲。
小鉢で出てきた茄子がトロトロで凄く美味しかった記憶。
値段は少し高いように感じましたが味は間違いないです、席数が少ないので予約をオススメします。
会計は現金のみなのでご注意を。

For summer, the outside temperature is 20 degrees Celsius, and the warm juice permeates the body, making it extremely delicious. You can drink as much as you like. The noodles are also chewy and delicious, and the chicken is completely eaten when you notice it. The soup is also complete.
I remember that the eggplant that came out in a small bowl was very delicious.
I felt that the price was a little high, but the taste is definitely good, and I recommend you to make a reservation because the number of seats is small.
