高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦が食べたくて訪問。お店の前は何度も通ってますが、初訪問。30年以上は営業してると思います。オーダーは、「ざるそば」を。昔ながらの二八の田舎蕎麦。コシも柔らかく、スルスル食べられます。コシの強い麺をお望みの方は不満かもしれませんが、私が子供の頃の蕎麦は何処もこの食感でしたので懐かしい感じです。出汁も鰹節中心の魚介系で、少し甘めの味付け。やはりこれも昔ながらの味わい。麺との相性はバッチリです。久々に丸いプラスチックの盛り皿とツユ受け、見ることができました(^ ^) 蕎麦や出汁の味と言い、食器といい、このスタイルはいつまでも残って欲しいものです。蕎麦専門店と思ってたら、うどん・中華そば・カレー・丼物もあり、一般的な食堂だったんですね！知りませんでした(￣▽￣;) I visited because I wanted to eat soba. I go there many times in front of the shop, but this is my first visit. I think it has been in business for over 30 years. The order is "zaru soba". Old-fashioned twenty-eight country soba noodles. Koshi is soft and you can eat it. Those who want strong noodles may be dissatisfied, but I feel nostalgic because the soba noodles when I was a child had this texture everywhere. The soup stock is a seafood system centered on bonito flakes, with a slightly sweet flavor. After all, this is also a traditional taste. It goes well with noodles. After a long time, I could see the round plastic plate and the sauce (^ ^) It's called the taste of buckwheat noodles or dashi stock, and it's called tableware, and I want this style to remain forever. I thought it was a soba specialty store, but there were udon, Chinese soba, curry, and rice bowls, so it was a general dining room! I didn't know (￣▽￣;)
T	T U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本そば専門とありますがうどん、ラーメン、丼ものもあります。冷かけそばとミニ開化丼のセットメニューを注文しました（税込み950円）。開化丼というものの存在を初めて知りましたが、親子丼の肉が鶏肉じゃない版（所謂他人丼）らしいです。注文から10分しないくらいできました。そばはまぁ普通だったのですが、つゆが薄味すぎて物足りなかったです。別の皿で付いてきた天かすもサクサク感なくシナシナの状態で残念でした。開化丼の方は豚肉の卵とじ丼といった感じです。汁がご飯の半分くらいまで浸ってるつゆだく状態なのですが、この汁がそばと反対にかなりしょっぱい。ご飯を食べると嫌でもその汁を摂ってしまうので、食べ終わったら喉が渇きました。ということでセットの二種とも正直微妙でした。店の雰囲気はそば屋さんらしく和風で小綺麗な感じで好みだったのですが…。 Although it specializes in Japanese soba, there are also udon, ramen, and rice bowls. I first learned about the existence of Kaika-don, but it seems that the meat of the parent-child bowl is not chicken (so-called tanindon). It took less than 10 minutes from the order. Soba was normal, but the soup was too light and unsatisfactory. It was disappointing that the tenkasu that came with another plate was in a state of sina-sina without a crispy feeling. The Kaika-don is like a pork egg and rice bowl. The soup is soaked to about half of the rice, but it's quite salty, as opposed to soba. When I eat rice, I eat the juice even if I don't like it, so I was thirsty when I finished eating. So both of the sets were honestly subtle. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant because it was Japanese and beautiful like a soba restaurant.
加	加川良太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年11月中旬の日曜日に初めて訪れました。お店の前には広めの駐車場があり、ゆっくり停めることが出来ました。 13:45頃に到着し、その日は先客が誰も居ませんでした。入口から入り右手側に小上がりの座敷席、左手側にテーブル席となっていて、テーブル席へ。そば屋さんなのでそばを注文しよう思っていたのですが、メニューを見ていたらラーメンが気になりラーメンカツ丼セットを注文。ラーメンは普通のサイズでカツ丼が少し小さいサイズでした。ラーメンの方はちょっと想像していた感じと違う。たぶん醤油の種類が違うのかな？無難なラーメンって感じ。カツ丼も普通って印象だけど、まぁ普通に旨ければ十分なんじゃないかなと思う。いろいろなメニューやセットもあるので、また違うのを食べてみたいな思うお店でした。 I visited for the first time on Sunday in mid-November 2021. There was a large parking lot in front of the shop, and I was able to park slowly. Arrived around 13:45 and there were no previous guests that day. Entering from the entrance, there is a slightly raised tatami room seat on the right hand side and a table seat on the left hand side, to the table seat. I was thinking of ordering soba because it was a soba shop, but when I was looking at the menu, I was worried about ramen and ordered a ramen katsudon set. The ramen was a normal size and the katsudon was a little smaller. Ramen is a little different from what I had imagined. Maybe the type of soy sauce is different? It feels like a safe ramen. I have the impression that katsudon is also normal, but I think it's enough if it tastes normal. There are various menus and sets, so it was a shop that I wanted to try differently.
