★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 錦秋湖に紅葉狩りに行った際に、ほっとゆだ駅にて広告を拝見しお邪魔しました。お店はブナが生い茂るほどの山奥にあり、まさにポツンと一軒家です。南部曲がり屋のような古民家を改修したお店で地元のお母さんが3人で営まれています。おすすめは定食ですが、この時期は蕎麦が旬との事で今回は新蕎麦を注文。しっかりした蕎麦の味と鰹ベースのお出しが上品な味です。人懐っこい店員さんに春先であれば敷地近くにカタクリの花が咲くと聞きました。冬期はお休みとの事なので是非また来年お邪魔させて頂きます。ご馳走さまでした。

A local mom is run by three people in a shop where an old private house like a southern bender has been renovated. Recommended is a set meal, but this time, soba is in season, so this time we ordered new soba. The taste of soba noodles and the base of the soba are elegant. I asked a friendly clerk that katakuri flowers would bloom near the site in early spring. Since it is a holiday in winter, I will be waiting for you again next year. It was a feast.

店の雰囲気も良くユックリ出来ました。
店内はテーブル席か八席と座卓が5っかな？ 古民家が最高です

母ちゃん定食1000円は、野菜天ぷら、冷がけそば、煮付けに味噌おにぎりが付いています。煮付けに付いているにしん少々を除き、ほぼ精進料理な感じです。そこそこボリュームがありましたがあっさりしてしているので、暑い日でもぺろりと食べれました。十割そばは弾力がありました。
肉や魚を求めている方にはちょっと物足りないかもしれませんが、昔ながらの田舎料理体験が出来ました。

The mother's set meal of 1,000 yen includes vegetable tempura, cold soba, and boiled miso rice balls. It's almost a vegetarian dish except for a little herring that comes with the boil. There was a lot of volume, but it was light so I could eat it on a hot day. Ten percent buckwheat was elastic.
It may be a bit unsatisfactory for those who are looking for meat and fish, but I was able to experience the traditional country cooking experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店が古民家を改装していてオシャレです。手打ち蕎麦も美味しい。店員さんもとても感じ良く親切です。店内も色々見たくなるけど、外の店の周りのテーブルセットも有り。ペットのいる方など、利用出来るそう。みんな外で入口やら、他のﾄｺﾛ?撮ったりしていました。ソバセットは、オニギリ付なので、お蕎麦は上品盛りですがお腹は ふくれるかな。オニギリは好みだけど、甘味噌。普通のしょっぱい味噌だと嬉しかった。ソバのタレも甘め。でも雰囲気のいい所での美味しいお蕎麦、最高ですよ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田舎蕎麦の美味しい店です。ペット連れだと言えば店舗の前の野外に有る椅子とテーブルが借りれてペットとともに野外で食事が出来ます。只 雨天時や天気が良すぎる日なんかは虻等の襲来対策を考えなくてはいけないです。
It is a delicious restaurant of countryside soba. Speaking of traveling with pets, you can rent chairs and tables outdoors in front of the store and eat outdoors with your pets. When it rains or the weather is too good, you have to think about countermeasures against invasion such as 虻.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し遅い時間に着いたので定食が一部売り切れでした。新そば美味しく頂きました。サイクルラックもあってサイクリストにも優しいお店です。
