池	池山龍一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在の焼肉スタイルに多大な影響を与えているお店食道園の北新地店ランチで利用してきました。既に肉が焼いてあるタイプと、自分で焼いて食べるタイプのランチがあり、私は自分で焼くタイプ、その中でもカルピ定食をオーダー。無煙ロースターや、つけダレ文化の発祥ともいわれているお店ですので、本店ではないのにまじまじとロースターを眺めたりして時間をつぶしていましたが、素早く肉とその他ランチセットが提供されました。非常に良し。 1,500円以下の価格にもかかわらず、サラダ、スープ、キムチ、煮物などがついているのはおそるべし。北新地という立地で大丈夫なのかな？と思っていましたが、反面肉はちょっと良くなかったのでつり合いが取れているのかもしれません。(ランチの一番安いセットの話なので夜の肉質は分かりません) つけダレは酸味が効いているタイプで個人的には超好み。また皿も大きくたっぷりと注がれてもいますので、つけダレにドボドボ漬けて食べたい私としてはこの点も高評価です。肉について少し悪く書いてしまいましたが、美味しいうえでの意見です。価格・味・量を総合的に勘案すると非常によい焼肉ランチでした。日本全国の焼肉屋を食べ歩いて記録しているブログ「焼肉図鑑」を作成しています。他の焼肉屋情報はぜひブログも見てみてください。 Kitashinchi store of Shokudoen, which has a great influence on the current yakiniku style I used it for lunch.
