ニ	ニック1298 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪北新地にある有名なお店 (さつま)さんにお伺いさせていただきました。店舗は本店と向かい側に南さつまというところがあり本店は予約を取ることが出来ずに南さつまの方にお伺いしました。内装はとても綺麗で食べたら3万円くらいいってしまうのではないかとおもってしまうくらいいい印象です。しかしメニューを開くと価格が破格の安さです。北新地という立地で高級感のある内装でこの値段は安いと思います！まず一つめに食べたのが【特上厚切りタン】¥1,700 とても分厚いタンです。しかし焼いても硬くならず柔らかく食べれます。タン自体に味が付いていてそのままで食べれるんですが皿を見るとわさびが、、、。思い切ってわさびをつけて食べてみると厚切りタンとわさびの相性が最高です。【上タン】¥1,300 厚切り牛タンよりは薄いですがとても味がしっかりしていて食べやすいです！厚切り牛タンと比べると値段もお値打ちになってます。【レア赤身セット(5種)】¥2,800 タレとの相性がとてもいいお肉が5種類出てきます。希少部位を5種揃えてくれるのでいろんな部位をとても楽しめる料理です。【レバー】¥900 とても新鮮なレバーです！味付けはごま油と塩です。一応焼いて食べてください、笑【テッチャン】¥700 安定のテッチャン。ホルモンのなかでもすこし歯ごたえがあります。味付けが抜群に美味しいです！【シンゾウ】¥700 コリコリしていて歯ごたえのある食べ応えです。さっぱりしたいときにたべたいです。【タンツラ】¥800 すこしたんの味がします。ホルモンでタントはまったく違う食感ですがたんの味がすこしするので食べてみてもいいかもしれません。 A famous shop in Kitashinchi, Osaka I asked Mr. (Satsuma).
