★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方の外れにある熊倉と言う田園地帯の町にある食堂です。ラーメン専門店ではないので、実際私が行った時も私ともう一人以外はみんなご飯もののメニューを食べていました。喜多方ラーメン大盛を食べましたが、鰹出汁の効いた美味しいスープで、喜多方ラーメンの基本のようなラーメンで美味しかったです。
It is a cafeteria in a rural town called Kumagura on the outskirts of Kitakata. It's not a ramen shop, so when I actually went there, everyone except me and the other one ate a rice menu. I ate a large serving of Kitakata ramen, but it was a delicious soup with bonito broth, and it was delicious with ramen like the basics of Kitakata ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツーリング途中に寄りました。有名店では並んだり時間も無駄になるので敢えて町外れのいそべ食堂さんへ。醤油は頼まず喜多方タンメンをいただきました。ううううまぁ〜。地元の兄さんが頼んでいたラーメン、モツ小鉢、ライスの組み合わせも中々美味しそうでした。次回挑戦か。
I stopped by on the way of touring. Line up at famous stores and waste time, so go to the town of Isobe Shokudo. I didn't order soy sauce and got Kitakata Tanmen. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm The combination of ramen, potato bowls, and rice that my local brother had asked for seemed delicious. Is it the next challenge?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方へ来ると、ここしばらくは南北に流れる川沿いのサイクリングコースを歩くことが多かったので、今日は今まで歩いたことのない東方面へ行ってみる。
快晴の中、日射しは強いが時々ツーッと吹く風が心地好い?
稲刈りが始まり農家の皆さんはとても忙しそうだ。
稲刈りのようすを眺めつつ、磐梯山を正面にしてひたすら東へ。
本日の昼ラー❗
『たんめん@いそべ食堂・喜多方市熊倉町』
しゃきしゃきなキャベツとモヤシ、ニンジン・キクラゲ・豚肉がドンッとのって、ほんのりとごま油の好い香りが?
あっさりとした塩スープにその旨味エキスが程好く溶け込んでます?
これまた好きなタイプの、チョイと硬めな茹で加減の強く縮れた中太麺?
スープの香りに負けず、小麦粉の好い香りが滲み出てくる?
常連らしい客が
「こないだのあいつ、もう会社やめちゃったよぅ」
若旦那が
「あ～、あれか。長続きしないなぁ」
なんて会話をしている。
若女将がおかもちを持ってクルクルと出たり入ったり、出前も忙しそうだ。
喜多方市中心部からチョイと離れた地に根差す、地域密着型な感じの良い店ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いそべ食堂の喜多方ラーメン(醤油)、味噌ラーメン、美味しかったです。ラーメンのスープは、豚骨ベースにカツオの旨みと煮干しを感じる繊細なスープです。麺は曽我製麺の中太麺で、モチモチ感バツグンの茹であげでの提供となります。麺をすすると、カツオの風味が鼻を突き抜けます。チャーシューはしっかりと味付けがされており、噛むほどに肉の旨味が口の中に広がります。味噌ラーメンは、キャベツ、モヤシ、ニンジン、豚肉、コーンがたっぷりで、食べ応え十分です。スープはほのかにニンニクを感じ、味噌の風味を損なわない味付けです。半チャーハンは、千切りキャベツと紅ショウガがついてきます。煮込み小鉢はピリ辛のもつ煮込みで、とても美味しいです。平日の昼時でも、あっという間に満席になり、出前注文の電話がなりやみません。お店の方も親切です。おすすめです。

The noodles are medium-thick Soga noodles, and are served boiled with a chewy texture. When you sip the noodles, the bonito flavor penetrates your nose. The char siu is well seasoned, and the more you chew, the more delicious the meat spreads in your mouth. Miso ramen is full of cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, pork, and corn, and is good enough to eat. The soup has a faint garlic flavor and is seasoned so that the flavor of miso is not impaired. Half fried rice comes with shredded cabbage and pickled ginger. The stewed small bowl is a spicy stew and is very delicious. Even at noon on weekdays, it fills up quickly, and I can't stop calling for delivery orders. The shop is also kind. it's recommended.
