★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大森食堂の醤油ラーメン、塩タンメンチャーシュー、美味しかったです。スープは豚骨ベースに煮干し強めですが、優しい煮干し味です。食べ進めると控えめに鶏の風味も感じられます。麺は曽我製麺の中太麺で、やや柔らかめで提供されますが、モチモチ感が最高です。麺をすすると、醤油と煮干の香りが鼻を突き抜けます。チャーシューがさらにおいしくなった気がします。やや噛みごたえを残しながらとろける柔らかさで、味つけもスープの味を引き立てる逸品です。塩タンメンチャーシューは、スープに野菜の甘味が加わり、抜群の美味しさです。郊外にありますが、次々とお客さんが来店し、店内はラーメンをすする音でいっぱいになります。ゆっくりと味わいたいラーメンです。
