★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「ラーメン定食」は、ラーメンに半ライスと半鳥モツがセットされているお得なメニュー。半鳥モツといっても結構な量（脂分も）があるので、とりあえず鳥モツを食べてみたい！という方にはこちらのメニューで十分だと思います。
 "Ramen set meal" is a great menu with half rice and half bird motu set in the ramen. There are quite a lot (even fat) even if it is a half bird motu, so I want to eat bird motu for the time being! I think that this menu is enough for those who say.

他の方がレビューしたとおり、麺の茹で加減が柔らかめでいま一つ・・・
この定食は、ラーメンがメインではなく、ちょっと味が濃いめの鶏モツ(ほぼ鶏皮)定食に、あっさりスープ・柔らか麺のラーメンが付いた物と考えた方がしっくりきます。
鶏モツラーメン本場の新庄の物を想像してはいけません。
モツは一切含まれておらず、鶏皮煮込みですのでご注意を。

This set meal is not mainly ramen, but it is better to think of it as a chicken motsu (almost chicken skin) set meal with a slightly strong taste, and a light soup and soft noodle ramen.
Don't imagine Shinjo's authentic chicken offal ramen.
Please note that it does not contain any offal and is stewed in chicken skin.
