にしんは骨まで食べれて、甘辛く似た半身で、そのまま食べてもご飯のおかずになるような、しっかり味ついてました。美味しかった?
汁はあっさりで出汁のきいた透明な感じ。蕎麦にはからまないけどなんかハマってしまう味。最後には全部飲み干してしまいました。
