東京駅価格ですが富山の味を気軽に食べる事が出来るのが嬉しい。
ちょうど良い揚げ具合で美味しかったです。
カウンターが有り１人でも入りやすいのも魅力。
白えび本来の旨さを感じるのなら白えび刺身丼(2190円)を食べた方がいいかも・・・高いけど(^^;;
次回、ほたるいか天丼(1090円)を食べてみたいと思います。

It's the price at Tokyo station, but I'm glad that you can easily eat the taste of Toyama.
It was delicious with just the right amount of fried food.
It is also attractive that there is a counter and it is easy for even one person to enter.
If you feel the original taste of white shrimp, you should eat white shrimp sashimi bowl (2190 yen) ... it's expensive (^^ ;;
Next time, I would like to try the firefly squid tendon (1090 yen).

富山スペシャル天丼 (白えび、ブリ、ほたるいか)1790円、白えび刺身小皿単品 (30尾) 690円 をいただきました。
富山スペシャル天丼は白えびの軽い食感と風味が美味しかったです。ブリもふわふわ食感で秀逸でした。ほたるいかは可もなく不可もなく。
白えび刺身はねっとり甘くて美味しかったです。
美味しかったですが、コスパはイマイチに感じました。

Toyama Special Tendon (white shrimp, yellowtail, firefly squid) 1790 yen, white shrimp sashimi small plate separately (30 fish) 690 yen.
The Toyama Special Tendon had a delicious white shrimp texture and flavor. Yellowtail was also excellent with a fluffy texture. Firefly squid is neither good nor bad.
The white shrimp sashimi was soggy and sweet and delicious.
It was delicious, but I didn't like the cost performance.

The white shrimp tempura was also the best in the bowl using about 90 fresh white shrimp from Toyama ?
All the white shrimp delivered from Toyama Bay Shinminato Port was stripped by hand, and the sweet soy sauce of Shiroebiya's original kelp was really compatible with the original sweetness ?

This time I ordered "white shrimp sashimi bowl" (2,190 yen) ?
There are also "Toyama Special Bowl" (1,790 yen) and "White Shrimp Tendon" (1,490 yen). Especially, Toyama Special Bowl is not only white shrimp but also Tendon made with Toyama's specialties such as yellowtail and firefly squid. It has become! !! !!
