★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最高級純但馬牛の和焼肉＆黒毛和牛ホルモンの「純但馬牛 美方」さんにランチで行ってきました。
入店前に店内の状況を知ることができるタブレットがあるので、凄い便利。
カウンターも仕切りがあったり、タッチパネルだったりとコロナ対策もバッチリでした。
丼物が美味しそうだったので、丼物とサイドメニューも注文。
味噌だれ特上ホルモン丼はごはんと相性ばっちりでご飯が進む進む。
サイドの炙りも肉の味と卵が濃厚で絶品。
ホルモンと和牛美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 価格の割にだけど、駅ナカだから当然！ 色々な部位の肉を楽しめるんだろうけれど、個人的にはメインの肉(写真中央)を楽しみたいので、まわりの肉や生卵などの味が混ざってしまった為か、メインの肉の味があまり感じられず、全体としてゴチャまぜ丼的な感じとなってしまい残念(インスタ映え的には有りなんでしょうね)。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絹ごし大とろハンバーグ定食頂きましたがふわっと柔らかく肉の脂の旨味たっぷりで美味しかったです。付け合わせの牛骨スープも濃厚で良かったです。
I had a set meal of silky large Toro hamburger steak, but it was fluffy and soft, and it was delicious with plenty of meat fat. The garnished beef bone soup was also rich and good.

どちらも私好みのお肉、味、タレではなかった。

イチオシっぽい匠の味噌だれ 特上ホルモン丼定食 1485円をオーダー。
柔らかくて大ぶりのホルモンはやや味濃いめ。溶き玉子をかけたらもうレンゲが止まりません。
久しぶりにきつねやのホルモン丼を食べに行きたくなったかも。
ごちそうさまでした。

I ordered a special hormone bowl set meal of 1485 yen.

Maybe I wanted to go eat Kitsuneya's hormone bowl for the first time in a long time.

好みの問題ですがもう少し肉肉しいのが好きです。
ソルロンタンは濃くて美味しかったです。

東京駅構内のグランスタ東京はもう駅なので安心です。
ふらふらと物色していると牛骨ラーメンという看板が目に入り、しかも但馬牛。
それは誠か？と食い入る様に見ていると牛骨濃厚坦々麺とか！
牛骨！濃厚！！坦々麺！！！
滅茶好みの設定で期待は高まります。
いざ実食してみると！
うーまーいー！！！
本当にありがとうございます
もう天才です。
牛骨スープ大好きで本当に濃厚な坦々麺
〆にご飯が欲しくなります。
がメニューにご飯単品は見つからず
ありがたく飲み干すことに。
