★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place makes you order at least 1 drink per person. The waiter doesn't tell you before you are seated, told us only when we order. I don't mind ordering drinks but they should have been more upfront rather than surprising their customers. None of the other Japanese restaurants we've been to are like this, and we've been to a lot of other restaurants. Not worth it IMO. Not coming back again ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is a bit hard to locate as it is on Level 2 and you are not sure if it is right until you get there and ask if you are at the right place .
There were 6 of us and we wanted two separate tables and the waiter said no so we had to sit together squashed. We tried to ask again and he said no even though it was empty. There were 2 girls at another table and that was it and we were not happy about being squashed together.
The waiter was also a bit slow bringing our food out after we ordered it and it was not busy.
It was interesting cooking our own Okonomaki and did not mind it , but the service was bad and don't think will return here again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My buddies and I were looking for a good Okonomiyaki place and we stumbled upon here. The waiter promised us 30 minutes top and it took 45 minutes. That's fine because of the food I guess... But the booth in front of us where we were waiting was open to fit 3 people and we wanted to have that. There were no reservations on that table whatsoever and instead they put us at a table for 2 and we had no space at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good there. Service is kind of bad the waiters have attitudes. the air circulation is very bad here the whole restaurant is full of smoke and you’d definitely come out smells very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okonomiyaki and monjayaki place where you cook on the teppan in front of you. Very fun to do and delicious. Very friendly staff. Beer is also cheaper starting from the second pint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great okonomiyaki place. Cozy and with a good selection of food. Very tasty too.
Negative: it’s quite a closed space with many hot/cooking surfaces. Because of this, your clothes will smell for a week of grease and cooked okonomiyaki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wait for dinner on a Sunday night. This place has good okonomiyaki for a decent price. The employees came off as a little awkward (probably new) but other than that the service was good as well. Most things on the menu you make yourself, though they also asked if they want us to have it made for us by a staff (we said no). Other things they make for you and bring to the table on a plate. There are instructions on how to make the dishes on a laminated sheet on the table. They gave us free shaved ice as desert which was quite nice.
