Mr. Ogiya was in charge, but he showed me all the properties I was interested in and took care of me. I had a preview on the day I went to the consultation, and I was able to move very smoothly. 大阪からの転居で入居までの大半をリモートにて行って頂きました。
当初、WEBで粗方目ぼしい物件を漁り尽くし、他社にてそれらを内見後ました。
そんな状態にも関わらず、根気強く物件を探していただき、希望に合う物件を見つけ出して頂きました。
契約を急かしてくるようなこともなく、満足度の高い賃貸業者さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い点はたくさんありますが、中でも「話しやすさ」と「応対の感じの良さ」が特にありがたく感じました。「いま無職であるため部屋が借りれないかな…」という不安にも温かく寄り添ってくださり、親身に一緒に探していただきまして、無事に良い物件が見つかりました。
スタッフの皆様、感じの良い方々ばかりであり、ありがとうございました（中でも特に担当してくださった徳田様に深く感謝申し上げます）。
あと、電話や店舗での応対だけでなく、途中で疑問に感じた点はLINEでも聞ける体制になっていることも、気軽にやり取りできてありがたかったです。
滅多に口コミには投稿しない私ですが、珍しく強くオススメできるお店です。
There are many good points, but I especially appreciate the "easy to talk" and "good response". He warmly snuggled up to the anxiety that he couldn't rent a room because he was unemployed, and he kindly searched for it together, and found a good property.
We would like to thank all the staff and all the people who feel good (especially to Mr. Tokuda who was in charge).
Also, I was grateful that I could feel free to communicate not only by answering the phone or at the store, but also by having a system where I could ask questions on the way through LINE.
I rarely post to reviews, but it is a rare and highly recommended shop.

LINEでのやり取りの中で物件の空き状況を確認していただけたので、来店が難しい日にも物件探しが進められましたし、内見も非常にスムーズで助かりました。色々な駅周辺の環境にもとてもお詳しく、大変参考になります。
予約なしでの急な来店にも快く対応してくださり、最後まで迅速・丁寧で素晴らしい接客だと思います。

Since I was able to confirm the availability of the property during the exchange on LINE, I was able to proceed with the search for the property even on days when it was difficult to visit the store, and the preview was very smooth and helpful.
