★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1つも付けたくありません。飲み放題と言いながら3杯目からは3人の店員に注文してもドリンク持ってこないし目の前でボケっとしてるし計画的だと思います。
I don't want to add a single star. Even though I say all-you-can-drink, even if I order from the 3rd clerk from the 3rd cup, I don't bring any drinks and I think it's planned because it's blurry in front of me.

まずお店に行ったら、今日の予約分を書き出したメモ紙みたいなのに名前がないみたいなこと言われたために、予約完了の画面を見せました。そうするとすぐにPadの方を確認していて、そこにはちゃんと載っていて予約できていたみたいでした。
完全にお店側の不手際なのにそこでまず謝罪がなにもありませんでした。
そこから完全個室を予約していたのに通されたのは、入口の目の前のテーブル席でした。予約完了画面を見せて個室で予約してるので替えてもらえないかとお願いすると、今日はもう他の予約分で埋まってるから無理だと言われました。その時も特に、すみませんとか申し訳ありませんなどの謝罪が無く淡々と説明されました。
料理の方も、コースの内容とは違う料理が何品かあってこれで3500円かとがっかりしました。
ミスは誰にでもあることなので予約を忘れられた事は、そこまで気にしてないです。繁忙期に行ったのでお店側も大変だったと思います。
ですが、そのミスを分かった後の対応が酷すぎます。
謝罪もないし、コース料理を何品か変えることも説明してもらえればこちらも分かりましたの一言で終わるのに何も説明されず、ポンポン出されて不快な気持ちになりました。
最悪なお店でした。オーナーさんは従業員にミスをした時の対応をもっと丁寧に教えてください。

There was no apology there, even though it was completely awkward on the part of the store.
From there, I had reserved a completely private room, but it was the table seat in front of the entrance. I showed the reservation completion screen and asked if I could change it because I made a reservation in a private room, but today I was told that it was impossible because it was already filled with other reservations. At that time as well, there was no apology such as excuse or sorry, and the explanation was plain.
As for the food, I was disappointed that there were some dishes that were different from the contents of the course and this was 3500 yen.
I don't really care that I forgot to make a reservation because everyone makes mistakes. I went there during the busy season, so I think it was difficult for the shop.
However, the response after discovering the mistake is too terrible.
I didn't apologize, and if you could explain how to change some of the course meals, I could understand this, but nothing was explained, and I felt uncomfortable when I was pomponed.
It was the worst shop. The owner should tell the employees more carefully what to do when they make a mistake.

評価は最悪です。星一つも付けたくありません。
久しぶりの友人とゆっくり話したく個室を予約したのに通されたのはテーブル席。
個室を予約したことを伝えてサイトの予約画面で個室に指定されている事を見せるが、店側の予約表にはテーブル席と記載されているから変更は無理だと言われる。
個室予約したのを何故勝手に変更したのか、一言電話で連絡できなかったのか尋ねると「店長がやってることだから自分は分からない」と…まぁ、よく教育されているようで。
最終的には変更はできないので納得出来ないのなら他所行ってくださいと拙い日本語で言われました。
花金の混み合う時間帯。人の足元みたような言い方に本当に腹が立ちましたが、これから店を探すわけにはいかず渋々納得。
しかも隣の席は元々4人席の所を5人座らせていたのでこちらの肩が付くような狭さ。
お酒は薄く作っているのか、全然酔わず。
料理はぬるくて肉も固いものばかり。
もう2度と利用しません。

All the dishes are lukewarm and the meat is hard.
I will never use it again.

私は新宿三丁目駅からB 10出口から出てすぐでした。
個室居酒屋という事で、私達は半個室で、店内の賑やかさも感じながら、落ち着いた時間を過ごせました。
『よりどりのこだわりレモンサワー』を
キンキンに冷えてくぅーっといって程よい刺激ですきっ！とシャキッ！としました。
お通しは『ポテトサラダ』です。
『長芋とサーモンのわさび醤油サラダ』
和風で長芋とサーモンが良く合います。
『ぷりぷり海老のマヨ和え』
ぷりぷりの海老がサクッと揚がっていてマヨソースがからんで好きです。
『和牛カルビオーブン焼き』
２人だったので150gにしました。
150g以上ありそうなボリュームに感じ大満足。
程よいやわらかさです。
『とろレバーと玉ねぎの和風炒め』
大好きレバーと玉ねぎが甘めのタレで炒めてあります。
しっかり味なので、ご飯も欲しくなる感じでした。
『梅干サワー』
『豚スペアリブ』こんがりと焼かれて、こちらもしっかり味です。
豪快にかぶりつきました。
こちらは炭酸系のお酒がすすみます。
『炙り真鯛茶漬け』
鯛の切り身がたっぷりのっています。
お茶漬けはサラサラっといけちゃうので完食してしまいました。
お肉は美味しいですし、刺身やアテもいろいろあるので、好き嫌い関係なく、友達大勢でも、職場の仲間でも利用しやすいと思いました。
