They never say "Sorry we don't know." You should visit here if you want to know about Japan.

If you travel with friends around shinjuku and go in separate way, you may choose this location as meeting point as it provides international money changer and many lockers. I prefer to reach it via sanchome shinjuku subway and take 5 minutes walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to make your first stop in Tokyo. Very helpful and friendly. They have free city maps, transit maps, and also sell subway passes - 24hr, 48hr and 72hr.

They speak good English and they know exactly how to let you know where things are. + You can ask them to check if all the lockers around the station are full and they know other great places to store all your luggages! I stored them with a karaoke place nearby only with 1000 yen and we had 3 huge luggages which would be impossible to find a proper lockers that would fit all and still pay that little. And on my last day I had no idea where I should go and they come up with good recommendations.
So just ask. They can come up with a lot of magic for your trip !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient info center next to Shinjuku Station. It’s great if you exit out of Shinjuku Station and see it. But, due to the large size of the station itself, and its many exits, it can be a tough find. For me, I found it by accident.
