There are also plans for famous people such as celebrities to come, so if you stop by, you may be doing something. It is convenient because there are plenty of restaurants in the basement.

Japanese language ability is needed to be able to understand the rules and become a "member". Membership is free in exchange for your business card. AC (mains) electric power outlets are at nearly every seat and WiFi is available, again, free of charge. Ask for the password at the reception desk. Eating is not allowed. Closes at 5:30pm.
