あ	あい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗の規模はあまり大きくないため、品揃えはそこそこ。立地がいいのでたまに利用します。ルミネ内にあるので便利です。 The size of the store is not very large, so the product lineup is reasonable. I use it occasionally because it is in a good location. It is convenient because it is in LUMINE.
こ	こななお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2週連続で来店。友達の服を探すために友達と来店。がんばって笑顔で丁寧に接客している店員さんもいるけど、一人見た目かっこいいのにだめな店員さんがいるお陰であまり近寄りたくないお店になっている。笑顔もないし目も合わせないし、事務的な接客、気軽に相談できない。知識はあるんだろうけど、会話のキャッチボールができない。 Visited the store for 2 consecutive weeks. Come to the store with your friends to find their clothes. There are some clerk who do their best to serve customers with a smile, but thanks to the fact that there is a clerk who looks cool but is useless, it is a shop that I do not want to approach too much. I don't smile, I don't make eye contact, I can't feel free to consult with customers for clerical work. I think I have some knowledge, but I can't catch a conversation.
r	riki H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週の土曜日に行きましたが、このお店はもうオワコンですね。店員2名は「いらっしゃいませ」の掛け声もなく、一点を見つめて突っ立ってるだけ。質問しに行っても態度悪い。客に服を売る気が感じられませんでした。接客をしっかりしてるお隣のアーバンリサーチに客が沢山いて、こちらのお店には客が少ないのも納得です。 I went there last Saturday and this shop is already Owakon. The two clerk did not shout "Welcome" and just stared at one point and stood up. Even if I go to ask a question, I have a bad attitude. I didn't feel like selling clothes to customers. I am convinced that there are many customers in the neighboring Urban Research, which has good customer service, and there are few customers in this shop.
2	2010 mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員は一ヶ所でずっと動かず接客も挨拶もなし。狭い店内なだけに突っ立ってるだけでは邪魔でしょうがない。アクセスが良いだけに店員の残念さが目立ち、近寄りづらい店。 The clerk does not move all the time in one place and there is no customer service or greetings. It wouldn't be a hindrance just to stand up in a small store. The store is difficult to approach because the clerk's disappointment is conspicuous because of its good access.

I couldn't say hello, I was always looking in the mirror in which I was reflected, which was a shame. What is the area manager doing? On the other hand, the female staff was a pleasant customer service.
