The 12th manhole card, Astro Boy's design manhole card, is distributed at the Chiyoda Ward Tourist Information Center within the Tourism Association from 10:00 to 18:00. However, it is closed on the 4th Sunday of every month.

歴史ある千代田区なので、史跡やグルメの無料パンフレットが大変充実しています。
その他にも（全てではありませんが）、近接している中央区や文京区の資料も配布しています。
そうそう、京都などの他府県の資料もありました。
資料を集めていたら係の方に袋をいただいて、有難かった次第です。
飲食はできないと思いますが、ゆっくり滞在できるスペースも確保されています。
晴れていたらレンタルサイクルを利用して、付近を散策なども良いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口で観光大使のリラックマが出迎えてくれます。千代田区マンホールカードはここで頂けます。図案は鉄腕アトムでした。静かで良かったですが本当になら外国人で賑わうのだろうな。
The tourist ambassador Rilakkuma welcomes you at the entrance. You can get the Chiyoda-ku manhole card here. The design was Astro Boy. It was nice to be quiet, but I think it would be crowded with foreigners.
