★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need assistance while in Japan this is a wonderful place to get help. When I first arrived in Tokyo I needed to make several reservations for stops in Hokkaido. The agents were happy to help and made several phone calls to help me with these reservations.

They provide complete information about place, location and other information like weather, best time to visit, and day wise itearnary, best mode of transportation. They are really very helpful. They provide you tourist browsers with your choice of language if it is available with them. They also provide you transportation and best deal information.

Free tours provided with excellend guide (thanks again Iche) and really nice and helpful staff. They even offered to us to try a Kimono and take some pictures for us! Thanks to all of the crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dec 9, 2019. My first time to be in Tokyo. I went in their office to buy a map of Tokyo. A very helpful staff, Ms Choi, helped, patiently and happily booked hotels for my 3day stay free of charge ..thank you very much, Japan never cease to amaze me ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best Tourist Information Centre we've been to in Tokyo! Super helpful and friendly staff with good knowledge. Free tour guides and free cultural activities (like Kimono wearing, calligraphy etc). Highly recommended!
