★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tokyo Station is the first step to Japan if you come from Narita Airport and the english level of the ladies prividing information is unaceptable. They are kind and willing to do all the best, but we went there twice to buy 72h Tokio subwaypass and each time we asked for travel (train/bus) information to reach popolar location without success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get a prepaid dialling sim card for my friend. The staff are very nice and supportive. They can speak English too. Very fast service. Got the sim and get it activated with in 20 min. Carry passport or residence card plus cash / card to get it done smoothly. However, to get a number, you need to apply separately which can be done online.
