★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古き良きオーソドックスお蕎麦屋さん。仕事帰りに立ち寄りましておつまみセットAで日本酒、鴨スモーク、げそわさなど頂きまして締めは天ぷらせいろで。蕎麦汁に浸して啜りますると太めで喉越しのざらついた感がまさに十割蕎麦ですなぁ。合盛りといううどんとセットで楽しめるメニューもあるようでして、お蕎麦だけでは満足できない欲張りな方も安心の品揃えかと思いまする。

お昼ということもあり満席でした!
天ざるを注文しましたが、量も多くてかなり美味しかったです!

おばちゃんが1人で対応してくれました。
お蕎麦やさんにしては高いなと思いましたが、、うどんとそばの二色のざるを注文しました。
なかなか来なかったのですが、、うどんと蕎麦はとても美味しかったです。コシがあり天かすとネギと生姜、ワサビを少しづつ入れながら味を変えて食べると飽きずに美味しく食べられます。
次回は他のメニューも食べてみます。
また行きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいお蕎麦でした。ネギは別の皿で出されました。蕎麦の太さが太めで食べ応えがあります。つけ汁に山椒を入れて食べましたが、風味が上がるのでおススメです。
民芸風の食器とお店の雰囲気が合っていて、高級な蕎麦屋さんです。
It was delicious soba. The green onions were served on a separate plate. The soba is thick and has a satisfying taste. I put Japanese pepper in the soup and ate it, but I recommend it because it enhances the flavor.
It is a high-class soba restaurant with folk art-style tableware and the atmosphere of the shop.

野太い蕎麦でエッジも弱いため、本来自分の好みのタイプの蕎麦ではなかったのですが、風味とコシがしっかりしていて、つゆも薄口ながら旨味が濃い。
普通のざるに天かすの付け合せがあるのも嬉しいポイントでした。つゆに入れると冷やしたぬきのようなジャンクな中毒性が生まれます。
大盛りにせずともボリュームがあり、満足感のあるランチになりました。
コロナ禍ではランチ営業のみなんですね。
夜営業の再開楽しみにしています。

It wasn't the type of soba I liked because it was thick and had a weak edge, but it had a strong flavor and elasticity, and the soup was light but had a strong flavor.
It was also a nice point to have a regular colander with tenkasu. Putting it in soup creates a junk addiction like a chilled raccoon dog.
It was a satisfying lunch with a lot of volume without having to make a large serving.
It's only open for lunch at Corona.
I am looking forward to reopening the business at night.
