毎晩10時頃からマンションの目の前で夜間工事が始まり、騒音で夜は寝れません。
また工事の眩しい光が窓からフラッシュみたいに入ってきて、夜でも部屋の中が大分照らされます。10階以上に住んでいましたが、深い睡眠が取れないことがかなり体調に響きました。
どんな環境でも寝れるという人なら問題ありませんが、しっかり睡眠の質を確保したいという人には確実に向きません。
いずれにせよ工事は夜間にしか行われないため、内見は夜にも行うことをお勧めします。
