天ぷらは揚げたてで本当においしいです。
私は熱々が好きなので、お味噌汁がちょっとぬるめだったのが残念。たまたまなのか常時そうなのかは不明です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の13時過ぎに来店しました。ピーク過ぎのためほとんど人は居ませんでした。席は4人がけのテーブルが6つほど、お座敷が4つほどあったと思います。古民家のような佇まいが味のあるお店です。
ランチは色々種類があり悩みましたが、天そば定食を注文。6種の具材が乗った天丼とかけ蕎麦(温冷選べます)で880円。火曜土曜雨の日は100円引きだそうです。
天丼は揚げたて、お蕎麦もつるりとしていて美味しかったです。とてもボリュームがあるのでお腹いっぱいになります。漬物と天丼のたれが好きなだけ食べれるのもすごい。
今度は店名のへぎそばを食べてみたいなと思いました。
I came to the store after 13:00 on weekdays. There were few people because it was past the peak. I think there were about 6 tables for 4 people and 4 tatami rooms. It is a shop with a taste like an old folk house.
I was worried because there were various types of lunch, but I ordered a Tensoba set meal. Tendon with 6 kinds of ingredients and Kake soba (you can choose hot or cold) for 880 yen. It is said that 100 yen will be discounted on Tuesdays, Saturdays and rainy days.
The tendon was freshly fried and the soba noodles were smooth and delicious. It's so voluminous that I'm full. It's amazing that you can eat as much pickles and tendon sauce as you like.
This time I wanted to eat the store name Hegi Soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この界隈で知られた名店。越後名物のへぎ蕎麦が、看板メニュー。いつも混雑してます。テーブル席で30席程度。御座敷は大小で30席程度。テーブル席は相席専用もあり独りでも気兼ねなく利用可能です。
お蕎麦が美味しく、温かくても、冷たくても、楽しめます。店員さんの丁寧な対応も際立ってます。天婦羅も揚げたてで美味しい。
A famous store known in this neighborhood. Echigo's specialty hegi soba is a signboard menu. It ’s always crowded. About 30 seats at the table. The Imperial Palace is about 30 seats in size. Table seats are also available for shared use and can be used without hesitation.
The soba is delicious and can be enjoyed whether it is warm or cold. The courtesy of the store clerk is also outstanding. Tempura is freshly fried and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ へぎそばには揚げ玉が付き物らしく新鮮な真っ白な揚げ玉がたっぷり添えられる。これがとても気に入った。へぎそばっていいなぁと思った。それからタレカツ丼は基本通りの薄い肉で甘辛ダレが食欲をそそる。
Hegi soba noodles are accompanied by fried balls, and plenty of fresh white fried balls are added. I really like this. I thought it would be nice to have hegi soba noodles. Also, the Tare Katsu Don is the same thin meat as the basics, and the sweet and spicy sauce is appetizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここではじめてへぎそばというものを食べましたが、とても美味しい。食感もすごくつるつるしていて、特に海藻くささもない。そばは美味しいけど、ややぼそぼそする感じがするもんですが、そのぼそぼそさを消したうえで美味しく仕上がっているのもいいですね。
先日天ざるを食べましたが、天ぷらもたっぷりとあって満足できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か通っているお蕎麦屋さん。
新潟のへきそばのお店ですが、ランチは色々なセットがあり、とてもお得に食べられます。
ここのへぎ蕎麦は喉越しが良く、とても風味があり好きなお蕎麦の一つです。
そして何よりホールのお姉さんがとても愛想が良く気が効くので、ちょうど良いタイミングで蕎麦湯も出してくれます。
いつも気持ちよく食事できているので感謝しております。
あと、コロナ対策できちんと仕切りで区切っているのも有り難いです。
またお伺いさせて頂きます。
