E	Edel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟に本社があるへぎ蕎麦をウリしているお店です。夜はへぎ蕎麦だけでなく、越後の日本酒なんかも取り揃えているようです。ランチは、へぎ蕎麦、天婦羅、天丼、タレカツ丼、海鮮丼が中心となったメニューで、蕎麦と丼のセットが充実しており、ランチタイムは割と混んでいるようです。本日はランチでハゼとキノコの天丼とかけ蕎麦のセットを頂きました。これで1000円未満なのでコスパはいいと思いますし、味も良かったです。個人的には鮭とイクラ丼、海鮮とろろ丼なんかも気になりました。 It is a shop that sells hegi soba noodles with its head office in Niigata.
