千	千葉朋典（私のやきとり） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神保町にて十割そばの店を発見したので、思わず入店しました。外装は老舗蕎麦屋のような重厚感がありますが、入口で券売機から食券購入するタイプのお店です。価格も立ち食いそばと同じくらいでとてもCP（コストパフォーマンス）が高いと感じました。そばの味をレビューしようと思い入店しましたが、大好きな納豆そばを発見してしまいまして、レビューそっちのけで冷たい納豆そば特盛り（550円＋150円）を注文しました。そばは平麺で、とてもコシがあり、かと言って田舎そばほど太くもなく、個人的には好きです。残念ながら、納豆入りでそばの風味をかぎ分けられるほどの舌（鼻）は持ち合わせていないので、そちらは皆様でご確認下さい。トッピングでワカメ入れ放題です。それと「生七味」がありました。店内はボックス席（4〜5くらい？）とカウンター席（15席くらい？）なのですが、全席椅子があり、座って食べられます。食券を注文窓口に出してから料理が完成するまでは若干時間がかかってました（10分くらい？）が、21:00前くらいだったので、時間帯によるのかもしれません（閉店前で麺の作り置きがなかったのか、こだわりで茹でたてを出しているのかは調ませんでした）。再訪したいお店です。 I found a 100% soba shop in Jimbocho, so I entered the shop unintentionally. The exterior has a profound feeling like a long-established soba shop, but it is a type of shop where you buy meal tickets from the ticket vending machine at the entrance. I felt that the price was about the same as standing eating soba and the CP (cost performance) was very high. I entered the restaurant to review the taste of soba, but I found my favorite natto soba and ordered a special cold natto soba (550 yen + 150 yen). The buckwheat noodles are flat noodles and are very chewy, but they are not as thick as the countryside buckwheat noodles, and I personally like them. Unfortunately, I don't have enough tongue (nose) to distinguish the flavor of soba with natto, so please check it out. All-you-can-eat wakame seaweed with toppings. There was also "Nama Shichimi". There are box seats (about 4 to 5?) And counter seats (about 15 seats?) In the store, but all seats have chairs so you can sit down and eat. It took some time (about 10 minutes?) From the time the meal ticket was sent to the order window until the food was completed, but it was around 21:00, so it may depend on the time of day (before the store closes). I didn't know if the noodles weren't prepared or if they were freshly boiled.) This is the shop I want to visit again.

The sesame soba is great but if you are the adventurous type, try the natto (fermented soy bean) soba! The soba noodles did not have the "stars" (black pixels from the grain) that 100% buckwheat soba has, but nevertheless great taste!

I tried to be adventurous (as someone suggested in the reviews) and had the fermented soy bean soba - interesting! The beans alone were a bit extreme, but when everything is mixed together the taste is quite nice. There's an english copy of the menu on the front window next to the ticket machine.
